ChefpreserveReviews of chefpreserve.com

I love, love my chef preserve vacuum sealer system! it takes up very little space and is quick and easy to use. The bags are reusable and the glass containers are sturdy, one fell out of my freezer onto my garage concrete floor and survived, no crack, no scratch!! The only issue I have is that you have to buy the set of glass containers, small, medium and large, the do have an extra large you can buy separate from the set! I need more small and medium, we’re a family of two elderly people!! That’s why it’s only a 4 star rating!

Update. Chef Preserve has contacted me and we discussed the vacuum not pulling. They are shipping a replacement. If this works out... I am a happy camper again. bought it in November. Worked great until May. Stopped creating a vacuum. Have tried for several months now to get them to start the warranty process... They just plain refuse to respond to my communications. Not worth the money if the warranty it not honored.

the customer service is very good, Rachel at chef preserve contacted me and since i bought my product at amazon they didn’t give me a refund but gave me glass containers to try, i appreciated this gesture

I find the glass containers are the best. Easy to clean and use, well built too. The bags are hard to clean if the smell of the stuff stored in them have a smell. By saying smell, not bad just the way they naturally smell.

It took awhile about 3 weeks to receive it but I got it and so far I like it it takes up no space. My granddaughter pushed the button was very impressed at how well it worked.

Had this machine for about a month then it quit. My bad! sucked up some liquid into the machine. No bueno! Company stepped up and replaced it. So happy, I love this product.

I’m happy with the product but I charged it and the blue light won’t go off . I can send a picture if you like.
