ChefpreserveReviews of chefpreserve.com

Chefpreserve is the best kitchen item I ever bought! I also got my sister and a friend one. They say the same thing it’s the best!! I take everything out of boxes and put them in the bags. More space in the fridge and freezer. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service team at Chef Preserve. My vacuum sealer stopped working, and the support team was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. They quickly replaced the broken vacuum sealer without any hassle. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands behind its products and cares about its customers. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend Chef Preserve to others!

Was not to sure about this little unit. But was very suprised. It works great. I have reused the bags a few times with no issue yet. of course only time will tell. It's quick and easy to open a block of cheese cut what I need and reseal air tight again. Love it.

Great customer service!!! I don't mind being the one to have the rare product glitch - when the product representative is so nice and helpful - and my issue is resolved. That being said, I really like this little vaccum device! My husband does too, and we were prepared to have to buy another one. Fortunately however, Chefpreserve was awesome and shipped a new one as soon as I reported our problem:-) You will love this item - buy it! BTW- the small vaccum bags are perfect for keeping brown sugar!!

The product is small, portable and easy to use. Sits on the counter or stores easily in a drawer. The bags are easy to order and come in covienent sizes. Also, makes it easy to keep the freezer, fridge organized.

This sealing product is easy to use. The bags are a bit expensive but are reusable unlike other sealing products. The sealing tool is also very user friendly. What surprised me is when the sealing is completed, the tool stops by itself so you v don't have to guess if the sealing is complete or not. I would recommend this to everyone in need of a sealer.

It's easy to use. I like that it's small. I use it all the time.

I love my Chef Preserve, first and foremost. But, then I saw and ad that said they were dishwasher safe so I put one of my Medium bags in my DW, lower slide cuz it was fairly tall. Well, it melted during the dry cycle. It did NOT damage my DW but the bag was a mess. I contacted Chef Preserve to "complain" that they shouldn't advertise "dishwasher safe". (apparently it is okay for the small bags on top level). This company offered to replace my Medium sized bag and I was thrilled. When my package arrived, it was for the FULL TEN BAGS (5 small/5 medium). NO CHARGE. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND IT'S PRODUCT AND REALLY CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. They are often few and far between. But, I honestly can't say enough as to how much I love this product! And, I definitely promote it to my friends!
