Bei Flugverspätungen oder anschliessenden Umbuchungen ist man völlig alleine gelassen und kann nicht auf den Kundendienst und deren Hilfe zurückgreifen...einmal Cheap niemehr Cheap

Ik heb een ticket geboekt maar omdat het een enkele reis was naar Colombia kon ik niet Colombia niet binnen alleen met een retourticket dus heb ik dat gedaan maar ik ben 700 euro kwijt omdat cheaptickets mij niks terug betalen kon tijd vertelde ze mij en het was 3maanden voor vertrek maar er waren geen refund mogelijk volgens hun maar wel 700 euro betaald voor niks

Ich möchte dringend vor Buchungen über Cheaptickets warnen. Unser Flug wurde storniert, doch statt einer unkomplizierten Rückerstattung erleben wir seit Wochen ein undurchsichtiges und frustrierendes Verhalten seitens des Unternehmens. Dieses Verhalten ist aus unserer Sicht unseriös und kundenfeindlich. Ich empfehle dringend, Flüge direkt bei der Airline oder über vertrauenswürdige Anbieter zu buchen. Wer hier spart, zahlt am Ende oft drauf – mit Zeit, Geld und Nerven.

This company is a fat big liar. they lie to customers to force them to pay more. What they do and what they say are totally different. I don;t advise people to buy tickets with them. Go everywhere but, CHEAP TICKETS, as the name says it: they are CHEAP, cheap in doing good business, cheap mentality, cheap talk cheap in everything ! they lie to get more money. Not worth it. THEY are good for nothing. people there are other companies out there or go to the airline itself. Cheaptickets i rate them 0/1000

I used Cheaptickets as an agent to set up a round trip vacation. The airline had to change my flight and when I called to see if I could make other changes they told me I needed to contact my travel agent. I called Cheaptickets and their agent said there was nothing they could do as the airline had already secured my flight ticket. I called the airline back and they told me that my travel agent lied to me. They then proceeded to run it up to management and secure my ticket from Cheaptickets so they could help me correct my return flight. I could tell the Cheapticket agent was in a call center overseas and I believe he lied so he would not have to do the work in helping me out. I will never use Cheaptickets as a travel agent and will recommend that others do not either.
