2 flights got cancelled back to back and now refunds apparently take 12+ months!? What kind of utter BS is this? Even their emails said 8 weeks max and thats still insane. It's been 6 months and still no refund and agents have confirmed they messed up repeatedly. Now they're avoiding our calls. They charge you instantly but take a whole year to refund for you a cancelled flight? Hopefully some government agency steps in and ends this mess. I'm also filing a complaint with the FTC & BBB as this is beyond a negative review. This is a literal scam they're operating.

Cheaptickets sold me 2 Ryanair tickets for 2 14 year old children. Ryanair doesn't accept them unaccompanied. Afterwards I saw that the website of Ryanair makes it impossible to book for 2 minus 16. But cheaptickets shamelessly sold me 2 unusable tickets. When I noticed it I couldn't reach them because they don't have a real service desk, only a chatbot that answers standard questions. Do not book with them!

I will NEVER book another flight with them ever again.!!!!!! As much as I use them for most of my travels, for them to not work with my situation is mind blowing. I absolutely Do NOT recommend anyone booking with them. They are the worse.!!!

I purchased 2 round trip tickets and purchased the insurance for cancellations or changes. Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip. I went to cancel and they told me that the airline is nonrefundable but can be used for future dates. The insurance will have to be called and a claim filed. I have purchased cancellation insurance before and was never a hassle.

Schaamteloos en ranzig bedrijf. Ten eerste is het onmogelijk contact te krijgen met een medewerker. Vervolgens wordt er gezegd dat het opgelost is, dat werd mij belooft. Ik vertrouwde het niet en stuurde later nog een bericht en kreeg toen een heel ander antwoord met de uitleg dat er geen oplossing was en ik het me dus kon opsoppen met minimale restitutie.

Never buy from cheap tickets. My experience was horrible, like many other reviews that I have read. I purchased my airline ticket as well as the travel insurance through the website and was denied as AIG Affinity adjusters are trained to do. I will never use cheap tickets again. I would advise you to do the same.

dont book with them surely not in corona no service, no reply on the chats i could not do the online checkin so I will have to pay extra 50 Euro??? dont book with them waste of money and I spent hours to find out how to checkin and have my health form be accpted for one weekend trip I ended up and bought a ticket at SN Airlines and got service waste of money but surely waste of time

Horrible experience. Unable to obtain reviews of a dramatic surcharge upon changing an itinerary with United Airlines. Despite multiple and creative attempts, I was unable to talk with a supervisor in customer service. In talking with Cheapticket agents, there was a consistent language barrier and multiple miscommunications. Recommend dealing directly with the airline.
