Price gouging, super slow shipping and awful customer service. I'll never make the mistake of even looking at that site again. 1 day after i order a gas block they claimed was in stock, (it wasn't) they listed it as "on sale" for 15 dollars cheaper. Funny thing there sale price was now even with other sites regular price. 4 days to return 1 email? You can't cancel orders? More like your openly ripping people off.

Two stars is generous, BUT I didn't have to fight them for a refund. AFTER they took my money and never shipped. Not just a hold, mind, but an actual charge on my card for product they claimed to have in stock but never shipped. After a month, they had sent me a ton of spam but no ammo. I complained and after a couple of weeks got a notice that they weren't able to fill my order (after weeks of drowning me in spam to let me know they had ammo in stock) and would refund my card. They did so after only four days! I'm not sure if this is a real business or just a front for collecting charges and hoping that some people don't contest them in time. Before I'd order from them again, I'd waste one round to blow out my brains because obviously my brains let me down.

Find your product somewhere else. Over two weeks ago I paced an order. They processed my order and withdrew 1000 dollars from my account. At this point it has been 18 days. I have received no communication from them. They won't answer calls, and they have not responded to the 5 emails I have sent. If what you are looking for is a slight bit cheaper on this site, pay a little more and shop elsewhere.

one star is too many. You will never be able to phone, chat or get an e-mail response... ever! These pneumocraniums are out of control, pray you don't have an issue because you are screwed if so

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. My order arrived as ordered. Shipping was slow due to Corona Virus but this was clearly communicated.....

Worst shipping/customer service ever. After being informed I'd be waiting for a month to receive my order I asked for a refund. This was a labyrinth of bouncing through unreachable custom service mangers and when I finally got a response my order would be canceled and refunded they only partially refunded my card! They're keeping my money and providing me with not a single product! Stay far away as they are horrible and even after not fulfilling your order will try to keep your money!

Ordered 10 boxes of shotgun shells , they sent 5 boxes , did not acknowledge the shortage and charged credit card for full order , did not mark invoice as backordered, when we called about the short order , it took them 5 days to respond by email , and then they tried to imply that the shells had been stolen by UPS enroute to our house , when we assured them the box had not been tampered with, they refused to continue the discussion , the shells were never packed in the box to be shipped, either an employee stole the shells or they were out of stock and just refused to do the right thing by refunding difference or backordering the shells , they refused to make it right , we had to file a dispute with credit card co in order to get reimbursed , these people cant be trusted to do the right thing , i would never buy from them again and will warn every one that i know ,not to do business with these people . THEY ARE DIRTY & NOT CHEAP ...prices are not even competitive there name is a joke in its self ...
