Lousy customer service. Three emails to find out when an item that was not delivered in an order was going to ship. They never replied, even after they shipped it. That was after I threatened to go to my credit card company. Not on my list to use again.

I ordered 8 boxes of 9 mm ammo at 10.89 a box on 6/22/20. Saw the order in my account. I noticed the price of the ammo went up to 19.89 a box the next day. For 2 days my order showed in my account, but not shipped. Then it was gone from my account on 6/24/20. Not in my history. The live chat person brennen said there was no history of my order. So I guess I have to reorder. Only now that ammo is 19.89 a box! I called customer service and she told me she saw my order but it did not go thru and didn't know why. She said they could not honor the original price even tho we don't know why it didn't go thru and I would have to pay 19.89 a box. If it was my fault, ok, I get that, but we don't know what happened. That's wrong. I may have to pay more than 10.89 a box this time, but it won't be from Cheaper than dirt. Ever.

Bought 3 boxes of .38 ammo. Two were from Sellier & Bellot that were fine(standard 158 Grain, but the other box I ordered was American Eagle .38 Super Automatic +P Ammunition. No one warned me this ammo is not for a standard .38 six shooter like mine. The ammo diameter is slightly bigger and will not fit into my barrel. CTD will not let me return or exchange the ammo. They should have at least advertised it as not for standard .38 six shooters. Will not be ordering from them again. Now I am stuck with $30 box of ammo I cannot use.

Brought 200 rounds of pmc x-tac 5.56 green tip ammo and it came in corroded and in molded boxes. I assume they do not care at all. I will never buy from this company again. It took forever to get the ammo and when i went to look at them and count them i see this. This is beyond unsatisfactory. Update July 4 they sent out brand new good ammo without me sending i the bad ammo. All on trust I sent them the bad ammo back and got good ammo.

Orders 38p hollow point bullets. Package arrived wet, when I opened the box , the bullets were all loose and wet with the packing paper in the hollow point. They told me the bullets should be fine. My first and last order with them. Not worth it.

I ordered 7 G 3 mags. Received them a day early. All were in new wrappers and all were brand new. Unbelievable quality and service from cheaper than dirt. Thank you

I placed an order and got a response they shipped. But UPS showed it was an empty carton. I sent an e-mail about the status but did not have a response. I will not use the site any more.

I attempted a purchase of 10 boxes of ammunition this morning, advertised at $12.99 per 50rd box on their website, before I could check out Cheaper than dirt raised the price to $24 a box. This is straight up price gouging!!!!
