They suddenly stopped shipping to Allegheny County, PA. Said that we were a restricted area. WE ARE NOT! A year ago the City of Pittsburgh TRIED to pass restrictions on MAGAZINES (nothing else). The bill was withdrawn almost as soon as it was published (PA prohibits local restrictions). Sent copies of news stories, court action, etc, but they refuse to reverse the shipping restrictions to the entire county! (I don't live anywhere near the City of Pittsburgh) All's well that ends well, though. Found my mags 30% cheaper at Optics Planet. Never again CTD!

They are scam . I ordered some ammo which were advertised as Winchester but when I received them , they are recycled cartridges ammo and all the primers damaged and glue leaking . Sca- stay away

Worst company to ever order from I can’t even call it a company it’s a scammer trash bbb need to shut them down

Scum company! Don't order from them!

thank you guys and gal's! I sent the trigicon mro back and you received it back on Thursday and had not only my new holographic sight to me on Saturday but everything else I ordered on Friday with it! Cheaper than Dirt will always have my business and that of my friends, and thank you Dan for helping me with this exchange great guy!

I ordered the wrong ammo and they will not let me return it. Dumb asses. They just lost a customer for life. Your policy is going to screw you CTD. Nobody buy ammo there. Go anywhere but there.

First order. Received an order number followed a few days later with a tracking number. Shipped in a fashionable time. Everything was accurate. Placed a second order. Received an email with an order number followed by a tracking number when it was shipped. Waited for my order to arrive. Only 1 of 7 items arrived. Checked my account to look at the order info. Found a second tracking number. The second tracking number showed that it was pending drop off to UPS. Emailed them that night (because live chat and phones were down) 2 days later no email response. But the secondary tracking number showed as shipped and I would receive that (Monday). Ok. I waited for my order to arrive. So now I have 6 or 7 items ordered. The most expensive item was missing. Called the company (amazing someone answered) and spoke to a guy. Explained the situation. He asked if I still had the box that arrived first. The missing item should have been with that. I dug the box out of the trash while still on the phone. He asked what type of tape was on it and if there was any damage. Came to the conclusion it was the original tape and I explained there was no damage to the box. He asked if I could send him pictures of the packaging so they could investigate. I emailed him 5 pictures. Following morning (Tuesday) I receive an email from him stating there were no pictures attached. Ok. I emailed him the pictures again within minutes. No response. A couple hours I sent an email stating to let me know if the pictures were received and if not is there another way I can send them. No response. Same day I called. Spoke to another guy. Explained the situation. He says it shows the case resolved in his system. But no action taken. Odd. He apologies up and down. Proceeds to tell me they have plenty in stock and because of the the time in the day it would ship tomorrow and that I would receive a tracking number then. Thanked him and hung up. (Wednesday) early morning I receive an email for a lady. Saying the order is processed to ship my missing item as well as an inactive tracking number. I responded minutes later to her email stating my problems with the order and the complaints of how mis handled this was and asked for an explanation. No response. (Thursday) now. Still no response and no activity on the tracking number. Im not holding my breath and will be following up with them again if I dont receive anything tomorrow If anybody read all this and made it to the bottom. I suggest you find somewhere else to make purchases. Customer service is terrible. If you can even get them to respond. Mishandled severely and cant even get an explanation as to why

This place has checked out. Took my order then turn off the phones, shut down online chat and they say you will not get a response to e-mail. Complete loss.
