Cheaper Than DirtReviews of cheaperthandirt.com

Large selection and great prices. But the thing that has stood out above all else is the exceptional customer service! I had a case of ammo that seemed to be stuck in transit according to UPS tracking. I emailed CTD asking them to look into it. Within a few hours i was contacted by Betty. She said they would open an investgation with UPS. Betty continued to contact me every other day as the investigation proceeded. By the eighth day a new case of ammo was on its way to my door! Betty’s diligence and communication is very much appreciated.

Great people who will bend over backwards to help a customer. Great prices and many options to choose from. I've been doing business with them for a long time...and will continue.

I asked a question they got back to me within 24 hours an led me right to what I needed 10/10 would recommend

This is a really great company very intelligent people very knowledgeable very friendly and will help you in any way we can. I always get my stuff in here. Thank you. Jeff Reed.

I received my order just to find out somewhere along the line, someone helped their self to most of my merchandise. After contacting cheaperthandirt, they understood the situation and mailed me a replacement order. They were very apologetic and sent me my original order replacement. I would definitely recommend this store to all customers anytime. They went above and beyond to correct this matter. Bravo Zulu.

This is the worst company regarding customer service. i ordered a gun sight which did not fit my gun so i tried to do an exchange for an even more expensive sight and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee of 25% with the option of purchasing the higher price sight and if not they would give me a store credit. Talk about a money hungry company. READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY.
