Scum of the earth. They quoted me a price, when I drove to pick up items, they were short in quantity by 20% and then a corporate exec yelled at me for wanting to pay a prorated rate (20% less). Unbelievable. No ethics with this company.

Well I ordered 400 rounds of 40 caliber ammo at a fair price it came in a couple days . I was feeling pretty good about ordering some more ammo so I did .I ordered 200 rounds of 7.62×39 ammo also at a decent price. Well within a few days I recieved a email says that the ammo is on back order and has been canceled .Note this is about a day after the president notify the country about the coronavirus... Now I started looking on the site the ammo is still for sale but for almost 4× the cost so isn't that price gouging? There is more I had also ordered 1000 rounds of 22 LR ammo with shipping it cost $128.38 Ok I have since received only half of the order after they charged me twice ... I don't know what the deal is with Cheaper than Dirt but I will not order another bullet from CHEAPER THAN DIRT and I will tell everyone I know about the price gouging and uncompleted order...

Looks like I'm in the same boat as the other reviewers, I ordered 3 items, and only received 1 item. Called and wrote an email, no response. $100 down the drain. They are online thieves, BBB needs to shut them down for good, or they need to educated on customer service.

I ordered the wrong item on accident the way they word it online is super tricky so I tried canceling the order I was on hold for over 4 hours and nobody picked up I emailed them asking to cancel the order never got a reply back So I went to the bank in disputed the charge if you have this issue dispute the charge to looks really on their end

How pathetic what a terribly run business!!!!! I ordered over three weeks ago. I received one item out of the five items I ordered. NOT ONE REPLY to any of the emails I sent to customer service. If you cant adequately run a business, don't have one!!!!!!!! I will NEVER order again and I advise you to never order from this joke of a place!

I have bought from them quite a few times and not had any problem until my last purchase. Tracking showed the item delivered, but it was never delivered to me. This was the first time out of hundreds of internet orders anywhere that I did not receive my package. I sent an email, and "Paris" responded within a reasonable time, offering a replacement or a full refund. P.S., The cost of everything goes up when the demand goes up^....have you been to the grocery store lately?.(*EXCEPT FOR PHYSICAL PRECIOUS METALS....HAHAHAHAHA*) Ron Are

This company is the worst! Everytime there is a "situation" where people panic buy guns and/or ammo, this place will raise their prices. Not gun community friendly at all. Just taking advantage of the situation, and the very people that keep them in business. I will never buy from them ever again, and if you are pro 2A and love and respect guns, you shouldn't either. Wish I could give them no stars. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!
