The process was so simple! I ordered a keychain and a necklace. The I could preview the design of my necklace at the time of purchase (basic name) and the keychain design I saw within 24 hours of purchase. It was very similar to the design of my necklace, which we personally loved, but I could see how others would be annoyed by the almost identical design. Will be a returning customer 10/10.
