Ordered 4 - for myself, my sister, my mother, and my mother in law. 3 were perfect the first time- the 4th I requested a letter be more focal so my daughter could easily find it and the quick revision was just right. Quick shipping , nice presentation. I love mine and so does my mom. The other 2 are tucked away for fall birthdays :)

They sent over the design right away and made changes to the original design based on my personal preferences. Having a unique name, I can NEVER walk into a souvenir shop and grab a "Keychain" or "mini license plate" etc, now I have a unique piece that no one else will have. I love it and want to get some more for my family.

I thought the men’s necklace would be longer. It’s the same as mine and does not fit his neck.

Hi Kristina, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the men's necklace. We offer three different sizes for our men's necklaces: 18, 20, and 22 inches. If the chain length you selected is too short, we would be happy to assist you in purchasing a longer chain that will better fit his neck. Please feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll make sure to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for choosing Charmlry, and we look forward to helping you!

The jewelry has been a great gift because of the personalization.. and always an honor to see her face light up when she's been gifted from Charmlry

The design process was easy and redos were no problem. The finished key chain and necklace were much nicer than I expected.

I received the charms I ordered a lot sooner than expected. The necklace charm has not left my neck since I received it and the keychain was received and loved by its intended person a few days later. I have gotten so many questions about the necklace since wearing it and I always

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Charmlry! They created a beautiful, meaningful necklace for my son, and the entire experience—from design to delivery—was exceptional. This wasn’t just a piece of jewelry; it was something deeply personal, and they treated it that way. The care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were evident the moment we opened the box. The necklace is not only stunning, but it perfectly captures what we had hoped for—a lasting symbol of love and strength that my son will treasure for years to come. Thank you for making something so special. We are truly grateful!
