I am beyond disappointed with your products! My boyfriend created and purchased me a charm and necklace for Christmas. Within the month the chain broke and the charm was lost! I contacted the company and ordered a replacement (and was never offered a discount or replacement). The second necklace chain broke just yesterday! I am now disgusted by the prices you charge for such poor quality products and lack of support!
