Really easy to create your order, send off and got back to me super speedy with a few options! Any edits I wanted were easy to make, then before I knew it the jewellery arrived! Bought for my wife as a Christmas present and she loves it, hasn't taken it off since. Whole process was easy, and fully transparent with updates along the way. Would recommend to anyone.

Charmly is amazing, from the moment you place your order, to the design process, to shipping. They communicate the whole process and IF you don’t like your design (which I can’t believe anyone wouldn’t), they go back to the design board. I ordered 4 of them and LOVE each piece.
