What an experience! I placed an order for 3 necklaces with 3 gift boxes. After hitting submit - I realized I had submitted for 300 gift boxes and 2 necklaces needed to be in a different metal! I quickly wrote an email to customer service and Amanda credited 297 gift boxes and changed my metal choice for 2/3 necklaces! Elisa's creations are amazing and my mother and sister loved them! Thank you for creating such beautiful wearable art pieces!

The website was easy to maneuver and I was updated on all steps along the way. Elisa, my designer, did an amazing job on the design, I was very impressed with everything. My daughter in law loved the pendant and wears it all the time. I would recommend Charmlry to my friends and family and I will definitely use them again.

I bought one for my mom for Christmas & one for me! Everyone we show thinks it is so cool & personal! I fell in LOVE with my first design but did not like my mom's so I sent back for revision! That is one of the best features of buying these charms...you approve the design before it goes into production!
