This has happened to me more than once. Please do not put all hope in getting what you ordered online because you are going to be mad when you receive an out of stock email. -They do not update their online site and goods already out of stock are still there. Then the customer service do nothing about it and just refund your money. THATS FALSE ADVERTISING. If I could rate lower I would!!!

I ordered a bunch of things online, it took over 2 1/2 weeks to receive it in the mail. On top of that they sent me the wrong colored and size jeans, the wrong boots. It's not worth it to order anything online.

I've been ordering from them for years, and suddenly when I make a $140 purchase on cyber Monday (ALL MONEY GAVE TO ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY) they send a receipt to my email, every time I've checked on the order status it says "Released" no tracking number, send multiple emails and made multiple calls yet to waste my time further because they can't even give me an answer almost three weeks later. I've never had a problem with them until this time ordering, they still have time to send me emails about all the deals they are running though.

It was my first order and I was bit skeptical about quality of the clothes at this low price but took a chance. Order got delivered to canada in a week period and that was surprising. On top of it, I got really impressed with the quality of the clothes at this price. So far with my first order, everything went well and no complaints at all.

Received a damaged item. Returned it immediately. Charlotte Russe refused to contact me after multiple emails and facebook messages for a month. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD QUALITY CLOTHING. I was fortunate to have paid through Paypal so I filed a claim and got my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Went in to return two skirts that did not fit but bc I had removed the tags, they would only return to a mercy credit. NO WHERE ON THE RECIPT DOES IT SAY THIS. They pointed out this tiny sign on the cash wrap where it is written. The store manager, Natalie, was dismissive and would not help. When I called customer service they said all they could do was fill out a form. REALLY? This is how you treat people? Horrible! Will never shop here again!

I'm kind of confused on why the reviews are so horrible. First off, I ordered 2 pairs of boots and two jackets for just $80.00! The price and the quality of the clothing was just great! I ordered on Thursday and the next day I got a shipping confirmation. It did get shipped in two shipments, but I received one tracking number on Friday morning and the second tracking number Friday evening. Of course since one shipped later than the other, I received one on one day and the other package was received the very next day. I received on pair of boots first which arrived in it's shoe box and everything was fine. No damage, correct size. The second package included the second pair of boots and my two jackets, This came packaged all together in a big box. Inside the big box was the shoe box for my shoes and both my jackets in a plastic bag. Again, correct size, item, and no damage, I'm very happy with my purchase. I already buy a lot from this store, and I will also continue to shop online at this store!

Do not order anything from them. I ordered weekly one dress I ordered was lost in the mail. They refused to replace it and a refund is impossible. Their customer service is rude and ignorant. They should not be allowed to operate online shopping!!!
