I mailed back my return over 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and the quality of their clothes is horrible. I would recommend going anywhere else to purchase your clothing.

I ordered two body-suits online, both the same size, and when they arrived... well one fit way too tight and the other way too loose. I'm confused as to how that is possible. Anyway, I decided to return the items instead of exchanging them (because I rather try them on at one of their stores). It's been a little over two weeks and Charlotte Russe still has yet to process my return order. I contacted their customer service team and they told me to allow 7-10 business days to process the order, plus another 3-5 business days to return the money into my account. Again, one of those companies that quickly charge your card when you place an online order yet are slow to give you your money back when you weren't satisfied. I began reading their online return policy and it turns out you can return some items at one of their store locations. NOTED for next time! Customer service was pretty responsive when I emailed them and are still keeping me up-to-date, which is the only reason why I didn't give this place 1 star.

I place my order on a Saturday had it expressed and it was delivered on Wednesday supposedly by fed ex and I never received it! The killer is that they were so cheap that they won't pay for it to be left at a leasing office or even signature need so that the package is not left unattended. This was a huge order and one of the outfits were for my 25th birthday which was that following Friday. I'm upset! And was offered a refund which taken 3-5 business days but I didn't go through so I had to call today to find my cell phone is blocked from calling them. I had to actually use another phone to connect to them. Weird huh?! No one can explain why that is so but anywho I got through to them just for them to say the refund did go through after waiting 4 days. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for my money back. Save yourself the headache and don't shop at this piece of crap store.

I bought a dress last week online they took forever to send me a tracking number they also had a supposedly delivery date and they fukd up they shipped it on the due date and now i have to wait another week to get my dam dress just horrible they have beautiful clothes but slack on the shipping and communicating

I bought an electronic gift card online and had it delivered to a friend via email. After the first week of my friend not receiving the gift card I called the company and they said they couldn't do anything for me as the gift card status was showing that it was being delivered. I've waited 2 weeks now and still the gift card was never sent. Charoltte Russe basically stole my money and never sent the electronic gift card. Highly frustrated. Terrible Customer Service! will never shop here again !

Back in mid-August I ordered almost $300 CAD worth of clothes. I received the confirmation and two weeks later the tracking numbers they sent to me in the confirmation stopped working. The courier company tells me to contact CR as they cannot assist, and CR is useless and cannot tell me where the package is. I've now called twice and was put on hold both times only to be told to call back "in a week or so". What? As of today I still have this amount taken out of my account, and no package delivered. The reps are utterly useless and I am dreading having to call them again to request a refund when this should have been issued automatically at this point. Will never order from CR again! AVOID!!!

Ordered a dress. Received confirmation email. One day later I see I was charged and then refunded. ZERO follow up. I contacted them to see what the status of my order was and they told me the order was out of stock. I was waiting for this dress to arrive for an event and had to contact them (they did not contact me) to find out it was out of stock. I asked them if I attempted to re-order when it was back in stock and if it would be the same price (included my order number) and was told they did not have access to this info at this time. sketchy and worthless.

I placed an online order but it never shipped out. After 10 days I called to get a refund since Charlotte Russe never notified me. I was assured the refund will be processed. After a week and a half no refund on my card. I called them back and apparently they "forgot" to do it. Another two weeks and I get a refund for the wrong amount. At this point I just have to dispute with my visa card and let them take care of it. Avoid these people like the plague.
