I shop online all the time and most other online fashion stores offer FREE returns. I had to learn the hard way when trying to return two pair of boots that ran small, even though I chose my actual size, that when I had to return them I had to pay $15.00 (cheapest option they had), to return boots that I paid $30 for (was buy one get 1 free) so basically there went half the money I paid for the boots JUST to return them! Never again! Just make sure if you buy from them you know your size or be prepared to pay an expensive return fee if you dont want it. Might as well have kept them and sold them on eBay or something. I only gave a 2nd star bc any other time I have a good experience with shopping online with them.

Extremely bad experience with this store! Yes, read the comments! They do not refund despite having defective items. You've been warned!!!

Honestly, I been waiting over a week for my package,which was sent via UPS surepost. And ups claims to have attempted delivery and supposed to have left a sticker, No sticker and now noone knows where my package is. I will not order from Charlotte Russe again. This is very unacceptable and I have no way to contact anyone about my items. Thanks but no thanks .

I ordered 4 items from Charlotte Russe, two pairs of pants, a jumpsuit, and a pair of flats. One of the pairs of pants are a faux leather material and smelled HORRIBLE. When I took them out of the package. Almost like a fishy smell. All the other items also had an unpleasant smell, but the leather pants were the worst. Even after washing everything they still smell bad. The two pairs of pants are the same style and same size, one pair fits perfectly and the other is way too small. And I ordered my regular size and also checked the size chart.

Not only was my first shipment completely cancelled by them, but my second order has YET to be shipped out. I did not receive a call from them regarding the 1st one until the 5th, and mt order was placed the week before. This order, with expedited shipping, is still being processed. Other companies have orders ready to be shipped Monday morning and this o e has yet to be shipped as of noon on Monday. I need this package by Wednesday. Terrible company to purchase things from online. You dont EVER get your package by the time you are supposed to get it, and if you have my kind of luck, the order itself gets cancelled ny them. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE.

I enjoy their clothes a lot because they do carry different items that I would not find locally or online at big chain stores. While I enjoy the variety and the decently priced items, the shipping takes forever and a day. They say something along the lines of 4-6 days but it takes me two and a half weeks in Canada. Unacceptable. They used to deliver in 4 days to my area, so when did it become two weeks minimum all of a sudden? It truly turns me away from shopping with them, which is a shame as I truly do like their merchandise. Huge downfall that outweighs the benefits.

I was able to purchase an item online and received an email the following day notifying me that the item was out of stock. I am enraged that I paid for the item and it is being sold to someone else. The refund isn’t guaranteed for 5-7 business days. This is infuriating. If the item went out of stock after I purchased it, my purchase should still be guaranteed.
