Horrible customer service. Let me rephrase that, NO customer service! My credit card would not work for some reason. It would not tell me why, just shows up red and will not process. The first time I tried calling it said the number was disconnected. So I sent an email and it said it would be answered in one business day. It has been a week and I sent another and nothing. I called again and no one ever answers. No point in going to the store for the things I want because the plus size section is literally that, a section. It is a tiny corner in the back with the most unappealing items. The rest of the store is for "normal" people. I had a cart full of items but I will not be returning to retrieve it.

I ordered a dress ,sent me confirmation number and every thing the only thing i had to wait for was to send an email with when when their going to send it out... Couple of days later I get an email saying what I ordered was out of stock. What type of mess is that ?? Seems like a rip off I expected better from them.

My daughter wanted a gift card from this store. I had never heard of them. I looked at the site, and I was a little concerned because they had a lot of hooker clothes, but it looked legit, if inappropriate for someone not working the streets, and I purchased a physical gift card to be shipped to my address. A week after placing the order, I received a FedEx tracking number. The tracking number was never active, which suggests, and according to FedEx means, they never sent it. I called customer service. At first they told me they didn't send physical gift cards, then they said I needed to contact FedEx, then they said they couldn't refund my money for another 36 hours. I called back after 48 hours, and they said it would be 7 to 10 days. I had to file a complaint with PayPal, which is still unresolved because in response to my complaint, they sent the same no-good tracking number and I am waiting for PayPal to finish their investigation. They have had my $150 for over a month already, and I am not hopeful that it is going to be resolved soon. I regret dealing with this company at all. Plus, they sell hooker clothes.

I ordered about 10 items last night that I've been really excited about. I put the items in my cart, processed my order, and was even sent to a confirmation page. This morning I've received emails telling me one by one that items they said were in stock, and they CHARGED MY CARD FOR, were out of stock. They'll be providing a refund for those items, but they won't be sending them. I called the support center to get clarification and the agent told me that sometimes they don't update the website with items that are out of stock until its too late. She said they're "working on it" because they get so many complaints about this problem. A joke.. get this together.

I placed my order with guaranteed arrival by Christmas. The order was placed 12/13/16. I never heard from them until I initiated contact on 12/19/16 via email. Later the same day a representative provides me with a tracking number and tells me my order shipped on the 14th of December. I looked at the tracking number and it clearly states “Shipping Label Created” on 12/14/16 in New Haven, MS. No other details. I ship items via FedEx so I know what the message means. My items never shipped. They created a label but the items were NEVER given to FedEx. It’s now 12/21/16 and I have the same message. I have emailed the company again and no response. I called and was on hold for 43 minutes and I gave up. I knew it was 43 minutes b/c my cell phone has a timer. I despise incompetent companies and I will never shop here again. We are leaving for a Ski Trip late Christmas night and these items were for my daughters. Now I have to replace what I ordered which forces me to spend more money than I have. You are a real class act Charlotte Russe.

I ordered 3 dresses during their $20 or under sale. There was a $50 minimum for free shipping. 2 of my dresses were out of stock, but they still gave me the free shipping with an order of $20. Thanks Charlotte Russe

I ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago and I never received it. Never received and shipping confirmations or emails. I called the lady said it was coming tmrw. Nope! Never came. I call back 4 days later. And she tells me the shirt is being sent back to them cuz of the wrong address. I asked her to verify my addresss and it was correct. So I'm like what is going on? And all she could say is if I want the shirt I have to reorder it!!!!!!! Why so you can send it to the "wrong address" again and never get it!!?!?!? Then to make it worse she was gonna refund me but -$6 for shipping!!!!!!! This is disgusting! Reading from the other reviews it seems like this company is nothing but a fraud!!!!!!

Ordered items online for Black Friday. After about two weeks of not receiving my purchase I call customer service. The woman tells me that they my order has not been processed yet due to high volume and that I should be receiving a tracking number in about three days. Well I received nothing and called again a week later. Now the agent tells me my order was cancelled because items were out of stock. How can they be suddenly out of stock of items I purchased three weeks earlier. Seems their system needs some re-working. I got no notification/ email telling me when it was cancelled. The agent was not prepared nor knowledgeable on how to assist me further. Such an inconvenience and waste of time. Now I have to go out and find similar items elsewhere a week before Christmas!!! Will never order from them again!!!!!!
