I should've never ordered online from this store. I purchased $30 worth of clothes in December, about two months ago and I still have not received any of the purchases. It's ridiculous and should not be taking this long. I checked my tracking order and it hasn't even been shipped yet. What a waste!

I placed two orders. The first one I received a tracking number within 3-4 days. The second order I placed a day after the first one. I waited 4 days before contacting them. No response. I received a shipment delay email from Paypal. I waited 6 days, tried again and got a tracking number from Charlotte Russe. It had a shipping label created days prior. It still has not updated by the 8th day. I get a partial refund through Paypal. Customer support has NOT explained what was going on. I get an official email from Charlotte Russe that a dress I bought was out of stock. I get another email for the partial refund.. with a huge list of items that suddenly became out of stock. Like the others, I see that some of these items are still up on the website IN STOCK. I have contacted Charlotte Russe through emails and twitter. I finally got a customer support email response that was generic. No explanations and ignoring my questions. I have repeated my questions and I'm not expecting a response. Lost my business for good.

I have yet to shop or buy anything from this store, but I will say that their custumer service online is great. I emailed them and they got back to me within a couple hours.

I want to start off by saying that I do not want this review to reflect on the local store (Joplin, MO), as I have amazing experiences with their manager there. I do not however have good things to say about the online store services. I bought something online, using a gift card. After the money was taken off of my card I got an email saying that the item was out of stock and that the money would be refunded to me. The money was never placed back on my card. 2-3 weeks later and four phone calls later (every phone call I was told that they "see where this has happened and the money would be back on my card in 3-5 business days), I finally went into my local store. I spoke to the store manager, Sommer (who is amazing), and she called the online store for me to attempt to resolve the issue. The story changed and the woman on the phone began saying the money was refunded to me. It never was and no one else until this point had said this to me. I explained to her that, and that the math doesn't add up so obviously it hasn't been refunded to me, and Sommer also explained that to the woman. She put me on hold 3-4 times. Every time she got back on, she said "The money was placed on your card." She couldn't tell me when or why I never saw that money. Eventually I decided, I will just be out the $10 that Charlotte Russe stole (I'm aware it's only $10 but it's the principle). Sommer was extremely apologetic but my understanding is she has to handle these issues with the online store weekly. I will never order from there again. It was a horrible experience and the customer service is a joke.

I shop at Charlotte Russe every once in a while. Multiple times I have ordered items online, been charged, received confirmation and then 5 days later received another email stating that multiple items are out of stock and I will be refunded. Each time the refund took a minimum of 10 days, and EVERY time this has happened i've gone on the website to see that the item is still available to order for several more days. Ridiculous. If you're going to do this to your customers so often and not even attempt to fix the problem here's a suggestion, at least offer a $ off coupon or free shipping for their next purchase? Because receiving a "Thanks & we're sorry for any inconvenience" for an ongoing issue means nothing.

I got 100 dollar e gift card. Apparently there was no transaction yet 100 buck mysteriously disappeared off the card. Of course there is nothing they could do about it....they are a bunch of con artists.

First of all, all of their items are very low quality but sometimes you risk the low quality for a good deal. But nothing is worth the horrendous customer service. My latest terrible experience involved ordering online for my birthday. I bought 5 items and I received a confirmation email and my card was charged. 2 days later I receive an email saying one of the items was out of stock and I would be refunded. I called customer service because the page for the item had been updated and claimed it was still in stock even though it apparently wasn't. According to customer service this is a common problem. As a person who understands how to create and update websites I can tell you it takes 30 seconds to take a page down or update it as out of stock. This is just lazy and negligent. I was not refunded for another week. 6 days after creating my order I get a shipping confirmation but my package had not been shipped only the label was created. Almost 2 weeks later there is no tracking info and I call customer service to find out that my package was lost and I'm just going to get a refund. Thats it. Not to mention that the majority of the items I had ordered are now no longer on the site for me to buy again. This is the worst online experience I have ever had and I will NEVER buy from Charlotte Russe again.

Order a bunch of items online 12/19. Selected 3-5 day shipping option. Received an email a few days later saying 3 of my items were no longer in stock. Oddly enough, all three were still listed on the Charlotte Russe website. 3-5 business days rolled around and the rest of my items had not arrived. 1/3, my shipment was finally delivered. 15 days later. Horrible service from a horrible company. Will not be ordering from there again.
