I ordered a bunch of stuff from CR it was never delivered , I called customer service they told me I didn't put my floor number on it so there is nothing they can do , she said I need to file a police report in order for them to help me . Unbelievable I will never shop from them again , now I have to go find a last min birthday dress.

1. I ordered something from CR.com, and I didn't receive it (despite USPS saying they delivered). Instead of working with me to locate the package or issue a replacement, I was told I needed to file a complaint with my local police department + show proof of this to CR in order to rule out fraud. Are you kidding? I live in a major metropolitan area. If I go in there complaining about my lost CR package, they are going to tell me to shut up because people are getting raped and murdered in my district. 2. I wanted to change an order the day after I submitted it (while it was still "processing"). I called customer service and I was told you can only change or cancel orders WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF PLACING THE ORDER. What???? At least give me 24 hours. I've had similar experiences with packages from Target and Amazon, and I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service. Shame, because I actually enjoyed shopping @ Charlotte Russe for years. But there isn't a physical store near my current residence, and CR.com was how I made purchases. No more.

I made a purchase during their black friday sale and was so excited but then I received an email that weekend saying that my order was cancelled. I finally got a hold of someone the following Monday and they told me that my order was cancelled because my address had changed. However, my contact information was exactly the same so they could have called to confirm that the address was correct and that the purchase was in fact done by me but they took the lazy route and just cancelled my order. Then I asked to have my purchase reordered and they said they would but that 6 of the 10 items I picked out were no longer available. Later I went online and saw 2 of the 6 that were "sold out" on the website marked as in stock. And now I just received an email saying that two of the four items that were "available" are actually unavailable and my second attempt to order them has been cancelled. I contacted customer service AGAIN and they said that they would price match similar items of equal or lesser value for me. Excuse me? I picked out items that I liked, 1 why would I want items that are only similar to the ones that I like, and 2 why would you price match items that are already of equal value or even worse of lesser value. If I wanted a similar item I would order it in the first place and I certainly would not want to pay a higher price for it. I have shopped with this company for years, I've moved a few times during these years but never has my order been cancelled because of my change of address. I've also never had my order cancelled because the items I ordered weren't actually in stock. I'm not sure what has happened to make this company so incompetent lately but I will not be shopping with them anymore because of it. If an item is sold out, don't make it so that customers can order it just to later get disappointed and if someone has a different address contact them before you just cancel their order. I am so angry at all of the wasted time spent trying to purchase the products that I wanted when I could have been shopping with a company that actually has their stuff together and would get me the products that I paid for.

I placed an order last week. I have bought things from the store but never online. I read the reviews on here and was very nervous because of some of the bad reviews. At first I couldn't track my shipment and I emailed the company. They emailed me back and fixed it. It sometimes takes 24 hours for the tracker to activate just FYI. I received my shipment on the day it said I would. Everything was correct! The shoes were the right size and look nice and feel nice! I also got the clothes I ordered and they fit and are made nice. I had great customer service and everything was correct. I'm definitely going to continue to buy from them:) <3

I live outside of the US, and whenever i get to the US i shop at Charlotte Russe. i like their designs, and the quality of their clothes. In fact, i still own 2 pairs of jeans that i bought in 2009, and they fit perfectly!

I got them very quickly and the size matched. they were exactly the pic was.

Okay, I love the company and I've been shopping with them since 2012 and haven't had any bad experiences, until now. I placed an order on the 13th of September and did not get it in a few days like usual so I call and the lady tells me to wait the full 10 business days, I'm annoyed and before the days are up I get a call from them asking had I received my order yet and did I want a refund, told them I was told to wait until the 27th. Day comes, no package so I call and get a refund, the lady was really really sweet and even gave me a discount code but what pissed me off is the lady who told me to wait that long, now the items I wanted are out of stock and not only that, my sister placed an order about a week ago, never got it and though they charged her account, there didn't giver her an order number and it wasn't in her order history so they aren't giving her a refund or store credit which is sickening but obviously they've been having some technical difficulties because they got her information mixed up with mine just because we have the same address and similar names. but they need to get their stuff together because my sister refuses to buy online from them again and I'm a little afraid to too. PULL IT TOGETHER.
