They canceled my order because they ran out of inventory and I never received an email or anything. I called into customer service and had to wait for about 15 minutes to reach an agent and the agent I spoke to was not very nice, she was very matter of fact and sounded like she had a stick up her butt. After talking with the customer service rep, I felt like I did something wrong. Highly disappointing, terrible service.

I had a great experience shopping on the Charlotte Russe website. I was a bit worried that something would go wrong from the other reviews I read, but the clothes looked too cute not to order. Luckily, the clothes came in only 4 days and they were so cute! I love the store and website of Charlotte Russe and I will continue shopping there.

I used to love this store, was my favorite clothing store to go to. I used to shop there all the time. Today I went to return a couple of skirts but had thrown away my receipt, the clothes still had their tags on with the prices I had paid for. They told me it would be marked down to the lowest it's been, which I thought was fine. There was no flipping way that one of the skirts was $2.50 and the other $5.00. Just no way. I had paid $25 or more for both of them and returned them and got 7 something back. I wasn't thinking at the time but I should have just kept the clothes rather than getting ripped off. I will never come back to that store again. I was a loyal frequent customer but after that incident I will not be coming back. You've lost a good customer.

I ordered online, and THEN read the reviews. I thought to myself wow! I never should have done that. But lo and behold xD my order came in about 8 days. Clothes are good quality, no taxes in Ontario, Canada... And trust me, us Canadians pay taxes on almost EVERYTHANG we order abroad. This is amazing. Inconvenients: I did not receive any email after placing my order. So you have to write down your tracking number and use it to track your items. Other than that, Im so happy . Praise God

I ordered an item online when they ran a special of 35% off. I completed my order and noticed no email was sent. I didn't pay mind to it but a week later I contacted customer service to ask why no email was sent, meanwhile the money was taken out of my account. I was told my order was cancelled. Why wasn't I notified of this? That's absolutely unacceptable.

First off, I live in Hawaii and I pay $15.99 for shipping. Personally, that is the most I have ever paid for shipping & I admit I was skeptical of ordering from CR online because of all the bad reviews, but so far I have placed two orders from them & no problems with both transactions or items. First order I bought heels & a top which came in a BOX, which I absolutely loved because I know my items were protected throughout shipment. Second order were four dresses which came in a THIN BAG, why? I honestly dont know. Thankfully the dresses were not damaged but could have been. I know they say shipping to Hawaii is about 10-15 days but more so 20-25 days! PLEASE SHIP CLOTHES IN BOXES TOO! I would hate to have anxiously waited almost a month to receive torn garments. I am not paid to do this review whatsoever, just bringing light to all this negativity.

I recently ordered a jacket from Charlotte Russe, Ive had it a month and the lining of it is already shredded and garbage. I contacted customer service and they refuse to do anything about it besides give me 20% off to re-purchase the item. Ive shopped with this company for 10+ years and was at one point an employee, Ive worked in retail for 10 years and this is the only company ive run into that refuses to bend their refund/return policy due to QUALITY issues. Its sad and pathetic. Any other company would offer to replace the item, issue a refund, something along those lines; something to keep a customer happy and keep their business. Because of this I will be taking my business somewhere else, I am done giving a company my money that doesnt appreciate business or their customers.

I recently ordered a dress and a pair of booties from CR and they were both on sale. The package came pretty fast but when I opened the box it was not my order it was another girl's package with her information in it and it was scarves. Clearly not what I was expecting. I had ordered this outfit for a birthday dinner and when I found something different then expected in the box I called Customer Service immediately. The woman I talked to was very understanding but did not give me the answers I was hoping for. I was asked to send back the box and that they would ship me another dress because they still had my size in stock but when I asked about the boots I was told I would not get them. I asked her if they would ship me the boots once the lady who had my box returned them and I was told no that they just put them back on the shelves to be sold. I was very disappointed because I obviously wanted them if I ordered them. I was not offered a price match, or discount or anything. The lady told me she shipped me a new dress and would refund me for the boots. I'm still waiting on the refund. I do majority of my shopping online and have never ran into this problem before and I am highly disappointed and angry with who packed my box.
