Completely awful. I bought three shirts, got no confirmation email or anything (other than an Apple Pay receipt). I waited 8 days, then contacted them that I hadn’t received a package. They apologized and sent me a tracking number: THEY HAD JUST CREATED THE LABEL THAT DAY. I waited 8 days and it hadn’t even SHIPPED. Next day, I got another email saying that “two of the items you purchased went out of stock” and got a refund. PERHAPS they wouldn’t have gone out of stock if you actually shipped it in time. My package has not yet come—so in conclusion, it’s been 11 days and all I have to show for it is ONE of the three items I wanted, a headache, and less money in my bank account than I would like.

While shopping, I stepped on a security tag that had been left on the floor. The needle was facing upward and went straight through my shoe into my foot, causing me to bleed. I immediately informed an employee at the checkout area, whose name was Detsy Garcia. Unfortunately, there was no apology or concern shown regarding the injury or the hazardous item left on the floor. A few minutes later, I approached again to ask for a bandage because my foot was still bleeding. Instead of assisting me, Detsy Garcia responded with an aggressive attitude, telling me I should “watch where I was stepping” and asking if I “realized what a security tag is,” rather than acknowledging that the tag should never have been left on the floor in the first place. What was most concerning was the lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer care after I was injured in your store. I also later found another security tag on the floor while continuing to shop, which suggests this may be an ongoing safety issue that could injure other customers as well.

I went for what would be the second interview to get hired . I know i'm more than qualified but , i think i am just discriminate upon at this point . And feeling very discouraged as well so ill let them keep their time and store but i might wanna look deeper on why its a issue and speak to a hirer up .

I visited the store that’s in West County Mall. I took a half sleeve jacket and did not realize some gum was stuck to it on the backside. I saw it only when I got home. My only mistake was I did not take the receipt. The next day when I went to exchange it for a fresh item. They refused to return it saying they can’t verify if I purposely put the gum on the jacket or if it was already present. The tags were still present. It was a mere $10 jacket. If they can’t trust a customer and build customer loyalty, what is the use. Also, my mom took a shrug which was too tight for her, just because I did not have the receipt they refused to take the return or give me a store credit. As far as I know, every store provides a store credit if there is no receipt, what kind of a cheap business mindset is this that they are looting common people. Shame on you guys!

It is the second time buying some items in charlotte. The experience with pants and shorts (jeans) have been terrible, the smell is very unpleasant, I washed the pants and nothing chanced, those have Strong chemical smell. I don't recommend buy jeans in this store.

Items were market lost by ups at an ups warehouse. Charlotte Russe would not refund me, I had open a ticket with PayPal. Got my money back 7 weeks later. Package was never recovered. Charlotte Russe was absolutely the worst, scammers.

Purchased 2 pairs of boots from Charlotte Rues that were on sale on 12/13. Return to the store a few days later to get a refund. Manager said there are no returns, refunds or exchanges, but that's not what my receipt or their policy says. She was rude/loud and wasn't interested in what I had to say. After looking over my receipt, and saw that I had every right to get a merchandise credit, I returned again yesterday and Manager still refused to help me. I filed a formal complaint. She discriminated against me because I'm Black American, I was humiliated, mistreated because of my color. I will never do business Charlotte Russe again.
