I'm only giving 4 stars bc hardly anything online is never in the store which kinda annoying and the girls in CR are not as friendly.. however I place an order on Thursday morning I was a little scared because of other reviews.. i paid for 1-2day shipping and I needed my shoes by Friday, when I called Thursday morning after placing my order a young lady told me that she can't guarantee my shoes will arrive the next day.. I totally understand, I use to work for retail and online store so I get that it could take up to a one day processing time. Then I received an email from " Ashleigh" after saying I wanted to cancel that my shoes were on its way and I should receive by Friday! Sure enough I did! I'm highly impressed with the shipping time and I love my shoes. Thanks girls!

Trendy, and good quality clothing in store, but the workers discriminate, and stare down the customers to make sure no one steals, which makes it difficult to shop comfortably. Who wants to spend their money at a place that thinks they are stealing? No one! Making sure people don't steal is important, but there is a certain way to do things. Charlotte riser workers need to learn to be more helpeful, and they probably would have more business. Definitely a average store!

I bought a pair of red high waist pants at the store. I wore them once and it had those weird fuzzy thing going on the leg. I had all the tags and the receipt but the only thing they could do was an even exchange. I didn't want to exchange I wanted my money back. I had to pick a pair of pants that I didn't want because the store never had the size I need. The people working gave supper bad customer service. I explained to them they never have my size but they never went to go and look around to see if they did.

I ordered a pair of earrings. They arrived with stones missing. I sent them back and nearly a month later I still didn't see any credit on my card. I contacted customer service and "Wens'Da" the rep was extremely unhelpful. Supposedly they had issued half a refund and deducted shipping, which they should not have since the item was damaged. However, I had NO credit showing on my card, and the rep had no interest in solving my problem. I asked for a manger and she told me call the customer service phone number. I called the customer service phone number and "Willa" was equally unhelpful. I asked for corporate, and she told me look it up online. So now after waiting a month I have no earrings, no cash back, and a horrible customer service experience. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!

Why did it take two weeks to get from Mississippi to the East Coast, USA? I don't even want the shorts anymore after waiting so long for shipping.

I am so disappointed with the customer service here at Charlotte Ruuse. I ordered an expidate order (1-2days shipping) 4 days ago and the order has not even shipped yet! I called customer service hoping to get answers and Wilma the woman I spoke to was unbelievablely rude. I tried to explain that I am leaving the country Friday and since the order has not shipped asked if I could speak to her manager and she hung up on me! I will never order from here again!!!

Ordering online is a nightmare. You never know if what you're getting is going to be out of stock or not, and they do nothing to assist the customer. I've had two orders where days later, I've received emails saying my items were out of stock. I'm not sure what's going on this year, but they better figure it out before customers jump ship!

On my way to the Valley West Mall, I went to go return one outfit at CharlotteRusse, it was pretty busy so I was in line waiting to return and there was one associate checking people out while the others were ignoring the line just chatting and walking around! In short, the customer service was quite poor. Someone finally, hop on a register. Thank god!
