I had ordered gifts for my adult kids online and when I finally received the merchandise, half the stuff I ordered that was written on the packing slip, was not in the actual package. When I contacted customer support, they actually told me to double check my house to make sure I just couldn't find it. (Like Im some kind of idiot and didn't already do that). Very rude people. Now of course my missing things were the ones on sale, and they don't have them in stock, so I am out Christmas gifts and saving money on those gifts. I will never order from them again.

This business is so sub-par. I placed an order on December 14th. I was told it could take 3 business days to process. Called twice to see why they hadn't e-mailed me a shipping confirmation tracking number. Was told that they were having issues with processing and that they were having problems with other customer orders as well. Now find out that my item is sitting at Fed-Ex and is "ready to ship", and that I will not get it until New Years Eve. Three weeks to get a gift card........insanity.

This used to be one of my favorite stores. Beware of online purchases though!!! I ordered about $150 worth of clothes on cyber monday. It is now December 12th and I havent received my order. They said it was delivered on the 6th so it must have been stolen. Funny, I received all of my other orders from the gap, forever 21, etc. Even on that date so only their package was stolen?! I asked for a refund and she said she wasnt authorized to do that and a case manager would call me within 10 days. Some of these were Christmas gifts and I need to buy something else if they cant get me my order. After reading reviews (which I should have done before purchasing) I'm afraid I won't get refunded in time, if at all, and this will ruin Christmas for those I bought for. I cant afford to spend the same else where without a refund. I'm giving 2 stars as they have not resolved the issue yet. Ill be a little more patient but I'm calling again tomorrow. I'm ready to leave 1 star review if they fail completely in the customer service department. So very dissapointed! Oh also, when I called customer service the woman told me they were experiencing a lot of these calls which is why I had a case manager and it could take a while. !!! Also, Also I cant wait for my husband to get home to check our security cameras.

Sooo baaaaad. Worst customer service. They are just mean! They sent me the wrong item and told me they can’t replace it with the one I ordered and she said the item I had was basically “stolen”. Like, I ordered it online and they shipped the wrong thing to me... what??

They cancelled my order and when I emailed them to find out why, they didn't even acknowledge my question. Not buying from their site again.

I read many reviews and most were bad but I decided to risk it. Orderes 2 pairs of shoes on 11/24/17 around 10pm and got them 12/03/17 around 10:30 am. Very please with their service!

If I can give no stars, I would. I know it was black Friday but they emailed me that one of the items i ordered were out of stock. Called customer service and the lady said they didn't have anyone updating the website because of too much traffic. Still unacceptable. I was supposed to receive my package today (01/12/17) but they kept pushing the delivery date. First it was Saturday, the 2nd, now it's supposed to come on the 4th and the place where it's at is only an hour away from where I am located. I will never buy anything from them online or in store. Their clothes are cheaply made and way over priced. Do not recommend.

They were having one of the best sales for Black Friday! Everything $20 or less and free shipping, so I placed multiple orders. For one of my orders it takes them nearly a week to let me know that an item is out of stock so I miss out on the good deal. I call and ask is there anyway I can get the same Black Friday deal for a different pair of jeans considering the fact that you told me so late about the out of stock item. Had I know earlier that the jeans were out of stock I would have placed another order while the Black Friday deals were still on. They said that they couldn’t do that and all they offered me was 20% of the 38 dollars jean when I could have gotten them for 16 plus free shipping! I understand it’s Black Friday so it’s hectic but that’s no excuse for notifying me almost a week later and barely compensating me.
