I ordered a pair of boots on Dec 25 (it was a Monday) they didn’t ship it until over a week later. I emailed them and they said processing time takes a week! My order isn’t going to be here until January 9!!!! Are you freaking kidding me? I’ve ordered things from China that has arrived faster than this. I’m never ordering from them again. If processing time takes so long they should use a faster shipping method, not take 2.5 weeks to deliver something. I get that holiday season is busy, but they need to handle it better.

My order was cancelled days after payment was made. What made matters worse was the timing of the cancellation. They waited until all the sales were over to inform me. Never again will I consider this store again.

I placed an order on Dec.21st not expecting it to get here by Christmas or even the new year, but at least by the arrival date, but sadly no. No update nothing. Not to mention 3 of the 5 things I ordered were cancelled. I will NEVER agian ordered from them.

I got two shirts from here and it totaled to $40. Later, I was dissatisfied with them and went back to return. I no longer had my receipt, but all they offered me back was $3.98 . I am not happy with them stealing $36 from me.

I love Charlotte Russe jeans and leggings. Their leggings are cheap and last me a long time and often come in cute patterns. Their jeans fit me well and again, tend to last me a long time. So I actually shop here a lot and I’m not basing this review on just one experience. Several weeks ago, I was trying to buy a pair of jeans from them. I decided on the one pair on their site that wasn’t ripped in that ulgy way has been popular in stores lately. (Who the heck wants jeans that are ripped off unevenly about four inches above the ankle???! I keep seeing this style on racks everywhere but no one is wearing it in real life.) Anyway. I bought the pair of jeans and about ten days after my purchase 😡 I receive an email from them notifying me that the jeans I bought were out of stock. I honestly get annoyed when it happens because I’ve worked in retail and it is NOT DIFFICULT to take inventory of your own products and program your site to only allow a product to be purchased the number of times of product that you have. Every single site that I have ever purchased from does this automatically except Charlotte Russe. This wasn’t even the first time. So I check back for jeans a few days later and find that the same ones I wanted from before are still available. Oh they must have restocked them, I think. And I purchased them again. Then, again, TEN DAYS LATER. I receive another email from them telling me that the jeans I bought are out of stock. Again. And guess what? THE SAME EXACT JEANS ARE STILL AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN MY SIZE ON THEIR SITE. I can understand not updating your site within seconds or even minutes of people purchasing an out of stock item. And I understand that it’s still technically the holiday season even though Christmas has passed. They are still having a sale. But it’s been weeks. Literal WEEKS. It DOES NOT TAKE WEEKS TO UPDATE YOUR SITE. Come on now. This is a ridiculous way to run a business. And if that weren’t enough of a problem, it takes them a million years to ship their product and they ship with FedEx so we’ll practically be living in the space age before you get your order. I have bought things from Europe off of Etsy and they’ve gotten to me faster. For reference, I live in New York. I’m not sure where their wearhouse is but I have purchased from companies in California and gotten my order within a week. This is inexcusable. Buy in store if you can but avoid the site.

I ordered a coat online and when I ordered it, it said that it would get here on the 24th of December with standard shipping and I got it because I wanted it for Christmas. But when I received my tracking number it said it would get here the 27th. I emailed customer service about this situation and NEVER got a response. Then on the 26th I checked where my package was, and the delivery got changed to the 29th. I would NEVER go online shopping there again. I believe customer service is supposed to help customers resolve the issues, but they won't respond.

I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter as a Christmas present. They weren't supposed to be delivered until 12/26 so I was very happy when the box showed up on 11/23. Then I opened the box and it was entirely the wrong boot and size. I immediately called and told them and reordered the correct ones. They should have been overnighted since it was their error. My order is sitting with Fed Ex and has been sitting there since 12/23. I have no idea when I am getting my order. Very unhappy!!!!!

Don’t order anything online. It takes them days to just package your stuff. I ordered my stuff (2 items only) on December 15th and didn’t get a tracking number until the 18th. My package was suppose to come on the 22nd but yesterday I checked and it was pushed back to the 26th. Today I checked again and now it’s not coming till the 27th!!!! Clearly they can’t do their jobs well during Holliday season! Edit: DELIVERY DATE HAS BEEN PUSHED TO THE 28!!!!!!
