Horrible customer service. I tried to get help for my missing package and they didn’t help at all and told me to just deal with it. Don’t waste your money on these cheaply made clothes.

While the representative was very courteous, their business practices are horrible! They don't price match their own prices, can't cancel orders so you can place a new order and get the deal!

Their customer service sucks, I put in an order on July and never received my Items, however I was charged of course. put in the claim since August, and it's now almost December and still haven't received my refund or merchandise. They say they will call you after you call customer service to follow up but never do. Very dissatisfied with their service, will never shop there anymore. I don't think I will get my refund back.

Very dissapointed. After 20 minutes waiting on line at the danbury mall location, had to physically get out of line to locate the staff to ring up my purchase.

Ordered some undies and it was literally cut fabric, no seams, and the little cloth on the couch area was legit glued on.... I thought this was a joke... they were series... this is what they PURPOSELY sold me.

I took a chance on ordering from Charlotte&russe after reading a few negative reviews, I figured if it wasn't up to my standard I could return it in store. I placed my order on November 8th, today is November the 14th. I originally went to look for cheaper boots, given that I wanted a couple of pairs. Both thigh high boots are great, and comfy. WAY better than forever21 shoes, who's always hurts my feet. The clothes were also, great for the price. I called ahead of time to go over my order as I've read people have received missing parts to theirs. Customer service was great, very helpful. They went over everything with me with no complaints. Definitely will be ordering again

I don't recommend shopping at Charlotte Russe. I had a return for H&M and I ripped off the tag because I thought I'd keep it. Not even 24 hours later I decided to return it because it was an itchy material. Without a tag, H&M refunded me. I had to do the same thing at Charlotte Russe. The scarf I bought left little fuzzies all over my clothes and the sweater I bought was ripped and I hadn't noticed. They said that because I removed the tags they would not refund me even though I bought it less than 24 hours ago and I had the receipts too! I understand if you're a used clothing store and if I rip off the tag you can't refund me but they're the same as H&M. I think the policy should be the same. Terrible experience shopping there.

I'm cherish I recently just ordered two dresses from them and they sent me a email three days later informing me that one of my orders was cancelled due to the item being out of stock saying my money will be back on my card 5 to 7 businesses days and sorry for the inconvenience which makes me upset because It should have said the item was out of stock before I purchased the item and they took my money🙄🙄😤
