I would recommend anyone who has had trouble finding clothing that fits their style to give this company a try.

Shipping took long.

I order my clothes Sunday event (feb 11). At first I was worried looking at all the bad reviews. It got sent out to shipping the day after (Monday feb 12). They then gave me a tracking number where I could see where my items where, which was very helpful. They said my arrive time was the following Tuesday (feb 20) but it arrived Friday (February 16). It arrived with all items (I ordered 5) and all the correct sizes.

The first order I made with Charlotte Russe was two dresses and two pairs of heels. When I got my order I received one of the pair of heels I ordered and one brown pair of boots and no dresses. I called and they resent my two dresses and the other pair of heels. I gave them another shot since they sent me the correct items. I ordered several things about 10 items and 3 were canceled due to being out of stock. And when I received my items this time two things were see through and basically impossible to wear the way the pictures made them look. I went to leave a review stating this and realized they don't let you leave reviews on items. I give up on Charlotte Russe at this point.

The only reason I gave one star is because giving 0 isn't an option. I placed my order on Jan 30, 2018. I am leaving for Tennessee tomorrow morning. I ordered my package with more than enough time to get to me. I ordered a pair of boots (because its going to be freezing) and a jacket. My order arrived Tuesday and I was so excited to open it up. To my surprise they only shipped out 1 boot! Just the left boot no right boot. I called them Wednesday to have everything fixed and expedited and they assured me I would have my order before I got on my plane. Today Feb. 8th I get a confirmation that a new JACKET has been sent out!!! I don't need another jacket! I needed my boots. I called again to complain and was told that sadly since today is Thursday I will not get my boots in time for my business trip. I asked them for a refund AND my boots and they are not going to give me a refund. Once I get my boots (if I ever do) I will be washing my hands of Charlotte Russe. I used to love ya'll, what happened???

Oh’ they have bad customer service !

I have ordered from Charlotte Russe twice and ended up with the same outcome: ordering items that are out of stock. It doesn’t make any sense to allow someone to purchase an item that is no longer in stock. In addition, it takes weeks to receive status of order. I placed an order about 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received shipment details. I called customer service who said to just give them time. I will NEVER order online from Charlotte Russe. I do not recommend anyone ordering online from this company!

Sent me a pair of each size. So now I have a size 6 on one boot and a size 8 on the other. Really hoping I can find the person who has my corresponding pair. Worth a shot
