My experience with Charlie has been great and the transition from a traditional bank on an online bank was flawless. I was hesitant at first but my experience has been great. It’s terrific getting my check early but it’s more than that. My transfer from Zelle and PayPal also go through much faster. But the best part honestly, has been their customer support. Everyone has been knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very easy to work with. This is coming from someone who was with the same bank for over 20 years, I haven’t regretted the change at all. I tell all my friends that Charlie has been a great experience and a wise decision.
