Hi Victor, thank you for your feedback. We understand completely why you want access to your Social Security funds earlier in the day. We want to clarify that we release the money to your account the moment we receive the direct deposit from the Social Security Administration (SSA). We don't hold the funds; they become available immediately upon receipt. The SSA controls the exact time they send the direct deposits. Sometimes it's early in the morning, and other times it's later in the day. We do not know when they will deposit it. What we can guarantee is that your deposit will always be available on the scheduled payment date, and it will always be deposited before 5:00 CST.
