When I called Charlie that something had not met my expectations, they quickly referred me to call the Social Security Administration regarding my missed payment. Once resolved the issues, I regained my trust with the Charlie and ever since, they're doing great as trustworthy.

I have my monthly SSDI direct deposited to my Charlie checking account & I was issued an ATM card with access to a network of ATM machines for easy withdrawals. I'm very satisfied with the customer service representatives. Very reliable banking application online.

I joined Charlie Financial when I recently retired from work. It was advertised on TV. So I thought I would try them. They are very polite with customer service, if they don´t know an answer right away they will take your info and someone will call you back right away.I have lost my card once called in, i had a replacement card in a couple days...They are really a great Financial Service.....Thanks Pamela DeChriste
