Achtung Abzocke. In Thüringen findet sich dieses Unternehmen an den Ladesäulen der TEAG. Achtung !!!! Auf dem Display steht der Preis der TEAG, der gilt aber nur für TEAG Kunden!!! Meldet man sich über den QR Code an, landet man bei Chargepoint und zahlt 1€ pro kWh mit einem langsamen Typ 2 Anschluss. Dieses Unternehmen sind Abzocker aus Österreich !! Warum die TEAG ihre seriösen Säulen für diese Blutsauger hergibt, verstehe wer will.

Hoffentlich wird dieser Firma in Deutschland endlich mal das Handwerk gelegt! Ständig werden unkontrollierbare Beträge von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, die dann dort in Vorhalte bleiben. Die Sprünge sind aber nicht im 5,-€ Bereich, sondern im 40,-€ Bereich.

This morning went to the Lidl’s superstore Cirencester Rd Cheltenham to charge car and shop. The charge station I have operated before. Today the station would not connect properly. Called the 08081 number for technical support. The Tech team re-booted the station. Told wait 5 minutes. After that the charging station reported on screen Out of Order. Rang Tech team again. Told wait another 5 mins. No change. Then received message from Bank stating several £40 transactions had been inacted pending on my credit card from Charge-point. I am now waiting reimbursement for £280. According to store this has happened before. Be ever so careful using Lidl EV stations. Operated by a third-party.

If I could score a zero I would. I have a home charging station that was given to me by the dealership. Within 10 months of purchase it has failed. CP will not cover a warranty item or start the warranty over. So, this is going to be an ongoing replacement issue and I will have to pay an electrician to install it every year. 🤬😡

Absolute Abzocke. In der App war die kwh mit 0,49 Euro bepreist. Am Ende waren es über 1,- die kwh. App und Konto gelöscht. Nie wieder Chargepoint!
