Took money without permission, I can't unlink my card on the app, costs about twice as much as diesel, really bad customer service, don't use anything with their name on

Although the charging station stated it cost $0.00 to use, and the app noted there was no cost, I was charged $10 after charging my care for "electricity", but I was told the "charging was free". I am so very disappointed in ChargePoint. I have used you guys for years and this is the first time anything like this has happened. BTW, the charge was only $8 something (which I still don't agree with) but ChargePoint took $10. I will post this review elsewhere as my guess is that you will not publish this.

A fuir des escros des voleurs , j'ai voulu charger sur une bonne lidl on me demande un pré chargement de 43 euros je renseigne ma carte bancaire cela n'a jamais fonctionné. Je n'ai aucun compte chez eu . Je ne comprend pas que lidl travail avec de tels Arnaqueurs . La somme est en attente de paiement. A qui faire une réclamation et me faire rembourser. Chargepoint je ne connais pas lidl est t'il responsable de cette Arnaque Organisé. Si chargepoint ne répond pas à mon Avis cela sera dénoncer en haut lieu

Stay away!!! Rip off. Worst company ever. Customer service non existent. The most stupid system I have come across for public chargers. They stole my money. I asked to close the account and refund but no reply. I don’t know how this company still operating.

10,3kWh geladen in ruhigen Wohnviertel, laut Chargepoint 0,65ct/kWh. Anschließende Rechnung war über 18€!! Preise extrem intransparent und überteuert.

Warnung!! Überteuerte Preise! Intransparent! Und schlechter Kundenservice! Sofort gekündigt! Ich kann nur aus eigener Erfahrung vor dieser App eindringlich warnen!!!

Took 60 euros out of my account for a 7 euros charge blamed the hotel Rosapenna Hotel who said it was nothing to do with them, if I could give them a - zero it still wouldn't be low enough stay clear
