ChameloReviews of chamelo.com

The Chamelo Dusk Classic looks great—cool design, nice fit, and quality feel. Definitely good shades. But the super long wait really killed the excitement. Happy with the product, just wish it came sooner.

Really love these glasses! The ability to listen to music as I work or exercise is great. I find it convenient to listen while still hearing my surroundings. The tint adjustment is fantastic too, my only criticism would be is sometimes it’s hard to control the flush slide dimmer. I would love to have an actual slider that you can feel, for instances where you have gloves on as I often do for work, would make for easier control and fine tuning.

New update: The Chamelo manager took care and I got my Aura short time later. It is an awesome product with a high quality look and feel. And the tint/color change is impressive, working very well! I hope Chamelo can imrove their response time in the future, as that was my main concern. Now I am super-happy and I will recommend Chamelo sunglasses to all my friends & family! Thanks again! old message: My order 15989 has been placed and paid early march. Nothing has been received, so I had a chat with an employee named Glenn who accepted the cancellation and said it will be refunded in 3-5 days. The refund did not arrive, the live chat option disappeared from the website, nobody replies to emails sent to hello@chamelo. I have no idea what is going on there.

I have been trying to contact customer service for two weeks! I have sent emails, I tried live chat on their website, I called, I left messages on their IG page and NOTHING! NO RESPONSE!! This is very unacceptable! After placing the order I was notified immediately afterwards via email that the item was on back order. As a business you should not be deceitful. If items on your site is out of stock and on back order you should make that VERY clear on your site to the consumer. Some people such as myself is ordering from your site to purchase gifts for a loved ones birthday. So to learn AFTER you have placed an order that the item is not available is very upsetting. This purchase is for a loved ones birthday that would now not arrive on time and now I have to go out and spend MORE MONEY so that my son can have something to open up on his actual birthday. If items on your site is out of stock and is on back order that should be made clear to the consumer so that we can decide if we want to move forward with ordering. I want a refund!!!!

I bought my Music Shields almost a year ago. Unfortunately had an issue with them but Customer Service was quick to solve my issue with them even though I am no longer in the US. I appreciate them honoring their guarantee. So far, they've worked wonders.

Ordered Aura RX last March 8, 2026. Stated on their website that it would only take 5-7 days for processing but guess i shouldve read reviews first before purchasing. NO CLEAR TIMELINE when i'll be getting my order. 600 dollars down the drain and for what??

I bought the music shield which I think is a great pair of glasses for exercise. I had an issue with my glasses and Grace at customer service sorted it without issues. Great service and nice products!

3rd and final: the sunglasses are of excellent quality and works as advertised. I have corrected my rating to 4 stars instead of my initial 1 . ( holding back 1 star due to not so satisfactory customer service process). Overall well worth the money and a well made product. Shipping and back order issues are probably what is holding up most of the customers from giving 5 stars 2nd follow up: received the product yesterday. While it was delayed, and the responses from CUS serv was a bit lacking ( the reason for my initial comments) the glasses were delivered and I must say they are absolutely at par with the best that I have had in my collection. Very well made, functions properly and are absolutely very stylish with the times. A five star for the product for sure. following up: received email frrom Ampere ( James) explaining the delays and promising to ship in the next 2 days so will update if that comes true. Atleast was given a feedback and response on the delay so will update all on what happens next. Interestingly the response was from Ampere ( company) and not) Chamelo ( the company on the web that I purchased) so a bit confusing. Anyway, for now will keep an open mind and post once ( if) received soon. I will alert all looking to buy this product that it seems this is not a stock item and the claim on the site that they ship within 2-3 days if not accurate. So be prepared to wait purchased the Aura ORDER #17062 on March 29th 2025 after reading that the order would ship within 2-3 days.. However no such luck and despite writing and emailing and writing on their chat they do not respond??? this is very alarming and not a sign of a legit deal. I guess if I do not hear by the 15th I will reach out to my cc company and try and cancel
