I ordered my sunglasses on express delivery (3-4 days) and therefore paid extra about 40€. One week later they are not even shipped and customer service does not reply to any messages. Feels a bit like scam, I wonder if they will ever arrive. Update: The glasses arrived 5 weeks later. The Audio quality was not really satisfying. On top, they don't charge and were not funtioning anymore after day 1. Customer support is a nightmare. 2 weeks after I provided documentation for a refund I reached out again and got a reply to not send any further messages.. any message would further delay the process due to their new ticketing system. This doesn't sound legit. I recommend to not buy their products.

Közel egy hónapja várok a szemüvegre, “nincs készleten”. Közben kaptam ígéretet, hogy válasszak másikat, megtörtént de azóta sem küldik, sőt, kaptam különbözet kifizetésére számlát. Nem hogy kompenzáció nincs, még az ígéret beváltása is vicc egyelőre! Kérném a tulajdonosok közvetlenül keressenek fel, mert ez így nagyon nem tetszik! Máshol is elkölthettem volna a szemüveg árát, eddig ez hatalmas csalódás!!!

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. I ordered a pair of cycling glasses, and nowhere on the website was it mentioned that the item was out of stock or unavailable. Payment was processed immediately, and the shipment was supposed to take place within a few days. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email saying the delivery would be delayed, with absolutely no indication of how long the delay would be. I contacted customer service, only to receive another vague and generic response… Lots of words, but no concrete information. At this point, it is completely unclear whether the glasses will even be shipped at all. Very disappointing experience.

Company founder reached out to me ‘wanting to make it right’; however, I have yet to hear back from them once I had replied. That was September 2025.

Bonjour à tous, J’aurais dû lire ces avis avant de passer commande. Commande faite le 29 mars pour un article en stock et depuis rien et on me mène en bateau depuis. J’ai demandé le remboursement. Je l’aurais soit disant sur mon compte dans les 15 jours ouvrés (pourquoi si long ?). Je n’y crois plus. Fuyez ! Achetez Oakley ou ekoi pour le cyclisme. Alban

I can’t judge the product quality—I ordered on February 3rd and it still hasn’t been shipped… It’s unacceptable given the price… if you can’t handle the volume of orders, you should take on fewer.

I am trying to retun the product but the're not even responding to my emails properly and insisting to keep the product which i didn't like much. Its a worst customer service i ever seen till now. They don't even have a phone support
