Errors cannot be corrected because no one answers the phone, I have a week wanted to correct an error, emailed and could not get an answer while my money is paying interest until they help me fix the error, I'm waiting week and nothing to resolve.

What I like best is the look on my friends face when they try it or see the coloro change. It's increasing social interaction a lot.

I experienced a nearly identical issue with a previous order, and a close friend encountered the exact same fulfillment failure when ordering glasses a couple of months ago. Despite submitting a formal request for a cancellation and refund due to the lack of dispatch updates, I have received no update, confirmation, or resolution from your end. Given the repeated lack of timely shipping and clear updates, please process the cancellation of Order #39272 immediately and issue a full refund to my original payment method. Please reply to this message directly with official confirmation of the canceled order and a reference number for the refund transaction. I expect a prompt update on this matter

Ordered because they were a cool concept and convenient. Celebrities are promoting it so it must not be a scam right? Right? Guess I was wrong, the website states "For international orders, they are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Shipping time is typically 2-14 days. **" I placed my order on May 4th. June 18th I reached out and asked for an update, they said it was in the final stages. I decided to be generous and give them more time. It is now August and I had to reach out once more. Again, they say it's in the final stages. I requested a refund, but they declined because they're prescription. Thankfully I ordered through afterpay so now I'm going to keep disputing it with them until I get my $800 back since it seems they only deliver to celebrities.

Discovered your brand. Looked. Loved a product and ordered it in a bundle. It wasn’t cheap either. It’s been a week now and my item is still being “prepared for shipping.” I’m half tempted to cancel right now. I need the glasses for work. I’d LOVE to get the product and test it but you have to ship it first! Two stars for the website and ease of use. If I actually get a product the review will get updated! UPDATE- Im extremely late updating my review. Chamelo has been amazing. They saw my review and immediately reached out. I didnt want anything for the inconvenience. Just my product. They were kind and remedied the situation and got my package sent out. The product? SO worth the wait and price. High quality, amazing materials and they’re extremely comfortable. I cant recommend them enough. I will say this, it still took a bit for them to ship my items out even after they reached out. I would give five stars for product and customer service. Four stars for the ordering and shipping process. Could be a bit faster. Either way, ill order from them again in the future!
