Thanks, Aziz — third time you've made this point, so consider it heard loud and clear. Manual tint override and standard audio/mic across the line are both real requests we're tracking. Appreciate the consistency and the detail. — Jared, Chamelo

Thank you! "Unique" is exactly what we're going for — glad it's landing that way. We've got more in the works, so stay tuned. — Jared, Chamelo

Thank you for the full picture — both the honest note on shipping and the update once you'd actually had time with them. The screen-to-outdoors transition is exactly the use case we hear about most, glad it's living up to it on your trip. We know the wait shouldn't have been part of the experience, and we're working on that. Enjoy the rest of your holiday! — Jared, Chamelo

Levi, you're right to call that out — showing something as in stock and then holding it for backstock afterward is a real gap, not a minor inconvenience. Your Music Shield has already shipped; the Dusk Classic is the piece still stuck, and that's on us to sort out, not you. I don't see that you've reached out to us directly yet — email [email protected] with your order number and we'll get you a real answer on timing for that item. — Jared, Chamelo

Esther, six weeks is generous — every step here took five to eleven days, including one caused by a form bug on our own claim page (rejecting order numbers with a hashtag, contrary to its own instructions) that you had to figure out yourself. You did everything asked, including tracking down a SKU number from the box. On August 3rd we said this was forwarded to our retail-purchases team, and then nothing since. I've coordinated this to our CS team to escalate to the proper channel. — Jared, Chamelo

Jordy, "urgency" repeated without action for over a month is exactly the failure you called out, and you're right to have doubted us by that point. I'm glad it got sorted properly in the end — your €218 refund is confirmed processed, and I'm sorry it took this long to get there. If you do give us another try down the line, I hope the experience matches what it should have been the first time. — Jared, Chamelo

Hello, honestly — a full month just to get a valid promo code, then three more weeks of silence on the order itself: that's not what we should expect from a customer who's already given us a second chance after a first Gen 1 that failed. I've escalated your order #39088 with real priority, not just added to a list — you'll get a concrete follow-up, not another "thanks for your patience." — Jared, Chamelo
