Excellent professional service in a very timely manner. The questionnaire is thorough and detailed to really get the right information to a licensed therapist. It was not stressful as I feared it could be and they were prompt and informative from start to finish. I highly recommend.

I asked customer service BEFORE paying anything if I could use their services even though I don't live in the US. They said yes. Then when I had my consultation, in the first minute, the therapist said she couldn't assess me if I didn't live in the her state. I asked that Certapet not charge me the usual $35 consultation fee, but they said it was up to the therapist. So, I had to pay $35, even though I had checked first if this would be an issue.

Ebonie Walker, LCSW and CertaPet have been so helpful to me and my dog. The peace of mind that comes with knowing your companion can be with you in the most stressful situations is really a blessing. CertaPet has made the entire ESA application process very streamlined and it is easy to contact your designated mental health provider. Ebonie makes herself available to patients and she is very friendly and responsive. My dog and I volunteer at a vet clinic for homeless and low-income families where many of the animals are service or support animals. It really is wonderful to experience that human-animal bond and to find common ground in that feeling with others.

I am completely in awe of CERTAPET and their exceptional service. They connect you with a real life therapist and ask you to answer a thorough questionnaire which will then determine whether or not you are truly in need for an ESA. Once you are approved by the therapist, he or she will be assigned to your case and essentially should be able to assist you with anything ESA related. I am so fortunate to have been assigned Ebonie Walker to my case, she has been there for me every step of the way along with the rest of the certapet team in regards to my airline travel needs as well as my housing needs. She has gone above and beyond to promptly answer all my questions and even attend to certain requests that I’ve needed expedited in a timely manner. Wouldn’t trade Ebonie or Certapet for the world, so glad they crossed my path! I promise you this is where you want to place your trust, I was so hesitant at first but happy to say I have not been disappointed!

With all the scam websites regarding ESA animals, it's so nice to know there's one website that is tryed and true. This website is legit. Having an ESA isn't having a certificate (although many websites will still sell you one for 100$+), having an ESA means you have a therapist who writes you an ESA letter which is basically a prescription for you to have your ESA. It should include a discription of your mental issue along with why your therapist believes it's necessary for you to have your ESA. This website basically just connects you with a real-life therapist after asking you a bunch of questions regarding your mental health. You then speak with this therapist on the phone, they approve or deny you. If you are approved, you are now under their care and they will write you a new ESA letter yearly. Along with helping you with finding resources and getting help for your mental health. I had an amazing experience and my therapist is amazing! I actually plan on setting up online therapy with the therapist that Certapet connected me with. So yeah I highly recommend. This website is legit and fully legal! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
