They were great

Certapet is great! They made the process really easy and even had my letter edited (for free) when I made a little mistake on it. So far I've flown with Southwest and it wasn't a problem. On the way back though, they did say that the letter has to be on a letterhead which mine wasn't. They let me slide this one time though. I emailed certapet about it and they sent me a new one with a letterhead within hours (on a Sunday).

I believe that Certa Pet is a SCAM. I was led in by the promise of a reasonable price etc. I spoke with the counselor, made myself completely vulnerable, was then forwarded a link to continue. In that link, I would have to pay an additional $279.00 for an ESA letter. I believe that for people who want and ESA letter just to have their pet at a "No Pets Allowed" residence, this will work. But for people who need an ESA for the purpose of aiding them to get through their day to day activities, it will not work. These letters are ONLY for keeping a pet in your residence. although you may be attached to the one pet you want to keep as an ESA, also the LAW clearly states that the ESA letter will not cover any specific pet. That means that you may still be required to give up that specific pet, for another, more acceptable pet... Nothing more! Do Your Homework, Ask Questions!

I have gotten my ESA letters through CertaPet a couple times now. It’s not only convenient, but 100% legitimate. I’ve never had a problem presenting the letters to airlines or landlords. Not to mention, the customer service is the best I’ve experienced. Clara answered all my questions with detail and super quickly. She was so kind and helpful with every question and concern I had. I would recommend her service to anyone.

I am not big on writing reviews, but I want anyone in a similar position to know that this service is 100% legitimate and seamless. Being a skeptical person, I read a lot of reviews on both ends of the spectrum, and was apprehensive about handing over my hard earned money to what appeared to be a possible scam. I also put little trust in Trust Pilot after researching fake reviews that they had allowed on their site in the past. Still after much consideration, a conversation with a helpful customer service rep, and a sense of urgency due to my move across the country, I decided to move forward. The worst thing that could happen is the $35 assessment fee (included in the total amount paid) for time speaking with the counselor would be lost. While the assessment you fill out is long, it is thorough. And the licensed counselor in my state was very sweet. She not only approved my need for my dog based on my condition, but offered her services and several tips on how I can work to manage my condition better. The follow up email she sent echoed this sentiment and showed support for helping me live my best life. I received my emailed approval letter that day, still being on the fence about my experience I waited to pass judgment, and turned it into my complex to see what they had to say. They accepted it on the spot. So I can say with certainty that I had a fantastic experience with Certapet and plan on reaching out to the counselor about her services soon. I can not recommend this service enough to anyone who truly is in need of an ESA and has to deal with finding a professional letter confirming their need. It was well worth the money compared to what they saved me!
