This is my first year with Certapet and…
This is my first year with Certapet and everything went smoothly and great. The whole process was very convenient and simple. I love being able to have access to all my documents when needed and the communication even to this day is surperb!

Awesome service
Awesome service. I was lost as to where to begin to get my dog’s papers and accessories. I found it here at CertaPet. Great Customer Service and great professional people working in unison to provide, veterans like me, all the help that I could get. Thank you, CertaPet

Complete satisfaction
They're very thorough and are great on follow-up, via web site or e-mail, on any questions and/or issues. The therapists really DO care about you, take their time in their discussions, and don't make it seem like "just another process." This group really does care about you AND your pets.
