Certapet and my therapist Hayley have made a huge impact in my life ! It is my third year in a row using them and they have assisted me in every possible way. My dog spike has been my side, attached to my hip literally since birth and he has helped conquer some major obstacles. Certapet has been there every step of the way so that he can travel and stay by my side outside of my home. I have major anxiety and he has been trained fir tactical stimulation to relieve stress. Not only has he helped me but many others as an ESA and PSD for many others at our family owned business which is a FUneral home. My therapist Hayley has been life changing after having my son and dealing with my postpartum depression. I would recommend certapet 100%

I have nothing but kind words to say about Certapet. The staff that I have dealt with over the last five years are always very helpful, supportive and professional. The therapist that helps me is super nice. She has made my experience with Certapet and the need for an ESA go smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone all day long.

This is my second year using Certapet. I love the professionalism of the clinical therapist Luanne. She also checks in occasionally throughout the year which is awesome. It is simple and flexible getting appointments, she remembers everything about me also. Will continue using this service. It’s done wonders for my mental health.

If I could give no strs, I would. On Nov. 1st I tried to get my cat certified to be my emotional support animal. My fiancé and I are expecting our first baby and in the midst of moving. My cat really has been by my side through thick and thin and in order for our new place to wave our $400 pet fee (as well as $40/mo), they need proof of an ESA animal. Once Certapet made me pay $127.49, THEN they had me fill out an application. They never stated how extensive this application was. It was about 60 very very personal questions. After suffering through that, they couldn't get me a phone consultation for about a week! Finally a week goes by and this lady is asking a lot of questions even though I've answered all of them in the application. She proceeds to tell me that she will not issue me my certification until I prove to her that I am going to therapy. (This is none of her business whether or not I go to a counselor, in my opinion). Anyway, I send her a screenshot of a confirmation email stating that I made an appointment with this therapist. She still refuses to issue me a certification and says I need to prove to her that I am going to go to this appointment. I explain to her that I need this certification because my new apartment is waiting for me to show proof of my cat being an ESA animal. I tell her that they cannot issue my lease agreement until so. I tell her that she's stressing me out more than anything else right now and she still refuses to help. I end up going to a different company and they were able to issue my documents immediately. Certapet is a joke, they make themselves to be a company that actually cares about your mental health when in reality all they want is your money.

My whole experience with Certapet was outstanding. After filling out my forms they were in email communication with me. My therapist contacted me next and was very helpful. My dog has been trained and certifed. All went well on my first flight with my service dog. Recently I have communicated with Certapet regarding the referral of a friend and they responded quickly to my email and were very helpful. I would highly recommend Certapet.

I have worked with certa pet for over a yr now. They have never been better at helping people with pets. The only thing I would say is they should notify you when your letter or ID badge is about to expire so you can renew on time. Other than that they are great.
