Much needed ESA letter and support
I have had an emotional support animal, my dog Apollo for 10 years. I never knew how important he is to my mental health until I was threatened with eviction. I called CertaPet and spoke with my counselor. She is very helpful and genuine. Great experience with CertaPet.

So quick & easy

Anxiety and now grief.
The last few years I have experienced anxiety flying alone to visit family. My experience was so helpful to have my little dog travel with me close by. This year i have been faced with the sudden loss of my husband. My heart is broken and the one thing that gives me a sense of security is my little dog. She is all I have, and to travel with her is so helpful.

I’ve been working with Certapet to get…
I’ve been working with Certapet for the past 5 years to get the correct documents for housing and travel for my dog and it has helped me so much. I know it’s a company I can trust and it’s really easy to renew. I never hesitate to tell ppl about this company!

The process was very quick depending on…
The process was very quick depending on your schedule! I was able to obtain my ESA letter in less than a week. Three days to be exact. Now I don’t have to worry about housing for my pet.

They made the process simple and quick
They made the process simple and quick, I was able to get my dog certified in no time. The doctors they are sign are very helpful!
