I was recommended CertaPet by a friend, since then I have been using CertaPet for almost 3 years now. The process is easy, you fill a long survey and then the therapist assigned call you to do a quick check of the condition/situation again and finalize the assessment. Then the certificates either housing or travel are sent super fast. Until now I have not had any issue with the certificates given, they have been accepted everywhere. Initially I did the ESA and now recently I got the PSA. The therapist has been the same during these whole time which I love since she is super kind but also she keeps my history, she checks on me from time to time to know how I'm doing. I really recommend CertaPet
