Over the years, I have trusted Certapet with all my travel & housing needs for my toy poodle. I especially enjoy my relationship with my assigned therapist. She has been very personable, professional and caring. Looking forward to the years ahead.

The past couple years it’s been efficient and thorough hearing back from the therapist. This year I am having difficulty even though I have contacted the company twice since reapplying. I filled out all of the forms, and I still haven’t heard from therapist. Now, my last year’s letter is set to run out tomorrow, and I don’t know what to do. And I’ve already been charged!
