Having Beanie with me calms me when I am experiencing any sort of anxiety, and he frequently keeps me from a full blown attack. Certapet works with me every year to recertify Beanie. The process is professional, and although smooth, it is fairly detailed which I believe discourages those not truly in need of an ESA. This past year I was able to move Beanie to the level of Psychiatric Service Animal due to his additional training to help me with PTSD. It has been a wonderful experience working with professionals who understand the issues faced by people in need of canine support. They have helped me better understand the process of obtaining the necessary paperwork and they also do a fantastic job advocating for people with ESA’s. Unfortunately, those trying to carry on snakes and ostriches as their ESA’s have penalized those of us who truly benefit from having our ESA’s with us. BOO to them - but my genuine thanks and appreciation to everyone at CP.

Over the last few years I've used certa pet to help me with my esa animal needs and they have been absolutely amazing. The recertification process is long but so worth it and they make sure the process is easy to understand. Very straightforward and the therapists are very helpful.

The therapists are great and genuinely care. They ask good questions to see if you qualify and if so which cert is the best.
