I have been with Certapet since 2016 and am delightedly satisfied with their service. They have met all my needs and are great problem solvers. My dog Bailey was certified as a PSD last year. The process was a bit more extensive than applying for an ESA. But, overall, Certapet is highly respected. I will recommend it to anyone who needs this service.

Shortly after rescuing our Chihuahua Mix (Cocoa) in 2018, we felt it necessary to have her certified as an ESA for my husband, who has suffered mini-strokes for more than 10 years. The process was easy and Cocoa soon settled into her new set of "duties." After 2 years as an ESA, it became necessary to have her certified as a PSD for my husband who was rapidly declining in health. Again, the process was easy and Cocoa has met all of the "training" requirements, and easily settled into her role as PSD. Lately, my husband spent more than 3 weeks in the hospital, and is now in a skilled nursing facility. In both settings, Cocoa has been welcomed on a daily basis to continue her role of helping in the healing process.

Certapet is very reliable and helped with the ESA process for my Labradoodle. They have good customer service and really make sure each person is well taken care of. Thank you for all your support!

CertaPet is great! Very trustworthy and super helpful. The therapists are so kind and you can tell they really care its not just a box to check for them. I have used them for 4 years now and had great experiences each time. The only hiccup I have had was when I moved states. It took a little longer than I had hoped to get my profile updated and my new letter issued, but other than that it has been pain free experiences!
