I have used CertaPet for the past two years and would recommend them without hesitation. In my experience, the process moved along efficiently from initial request to conclusion. The mental health questionnaire is extensive - as one would expect it to be in order to provide them with needed information, the price is fair and I have found their customer service to be quick and responsive. I use the letter solely for flights with my esa and have never had the slightest issue with the airlines. I cannot speak to other uses, e.g. landlords , etc.

Very pleased with everything. The whole process took about 2 days, the review was honest and timely. Having an emotional support animal is a very good choice to help yourself, and I will (and already have!) recommend CertaPet for its reliability. Thank you.

I feel like the company I ordered from a year ago is entirely different than this year. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Clearly operating as the scam I feared with the renewal. Intent seems to be only stealing cash instead of helping patients. Was not able to get a renwal letter but still left with the bill.

I feel as if everyone has ordered from a different Certapet than I did. All of their reviews seem as though theymre fluffed with dishonest reviews from people who have never even used the website. Responses were NOT fast nor did anything seem “easy”. They asked a series of highly invasive questions followed by more work for you to do (i.e get a letter signed/filled out by your vet). All of these chores and extra surprises add a lot of time to their “2 day guarantee”. I feel that certapet is dishonest and all they want is your money. I have asked to be issued a refund..We’ll see how that goes as I imagine it will be like pulling teeth....

Needed paperwork very quickly when changed airlines out of Hawaii. The response was rapid and timely. Airlines have implemented additional paperwork for emotional support animals starting May 1 depending on airline. Certapet quickly downloaded the proper form for me when I had difficulty doing it and information filled out by psychologist quickly even though she was in middle of family emergency. Have found Certapet to be very responsive to my questions and needs. Would highly recommend them.

Was fast in response, worked with apartment, But the housing letter looked fake. The signature was just a different font and it could have been written a little more professionally.

I called certapet before signing up to ask some questions and make sure that this was a bona fide company- I was impressed on the call and immediately signed up.
