Certapet went above and beyond to help me in getting approval from my landlord for my Emotional Support Animal. At first my letter was denied and my landlord's lawyer continued to deny my claim several times. However, Certapet worked with me providing legal backup and continued dialogue with my landlord's lawyer until the issues were resolved and my letter was approved. I am so grateful to them and highly recommend there services!

My experience with Certapet was surprisingly easy and they kept a professional standard at the same time. They ensure that you actually need an ESA and will benefit from it. Which weeds out the people who abuse it and allows the people who do, to feel better about it. I love my therapist C. Baldwin! She was amazing and truly was everything I expected. Also my Certapet representative, Jen Cruz; kept up with me throughout the entire process. She had excellent customer service as I am in customer service myself. Keep up the good work!

I received a letter to fly with my pet last year and have used it many times (about once a month) successfully, with no issues from the airlines. When I needed additional forms (which you do have to pay extra for, but I believe is worth it, given the doctor's time and processing that is needed), they were done very quickly and with all requests met. I will definitely continue to use CertaPet for my ESA letter needs in the future.

Price gouging exploitative company with terrible customer service! The price for a custom uploaded certification letter (required in addition to the generic letter generated by certapet by many airlines now) went from $19.99 to $49.99 in one week! No change in the service required, just a massive price hike because they can. This is a plain form with about 5 blanks to be filled in. When I called the company to point out this predatory price gouging, the said they were "sorry I was upset" but unwilling to do anything about it. I pointed out to them that when I started the process (multiple steps) the price was $19.99, but by the time they finally finished the process (later than stated) the price had changed to $49.99. They stand by their price gouging. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT PRACTICES FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. STAY AWAY FROM CERTAPET.

I was very hesitant to go with CertaPet at first, because all of the other websites were clearly scams. Someone from their customer service team spent 30 minutes on the phone with me while I asked a bunch of questions, further reassuring me that this company was the real deal. DISCLAIMER: CertaPet themselves DO NOT issue the ESA letters, but rather they couple you up with a REAL mental health professional from your state. I was paired with a real professional and had access to her office phone and personal email. I even verified her license number through my state's government website. Everything here is 100% legit. Why not go to my regular therapist/doctor you may wonder? I currently do not have active health insurance, and even if I did, my current Primary Care doctor has no clue about issuing letters for ESAs, despite her working with my mental health issues for the last 10+ years. I even had time sensitive issues regarding my letter delivery (my LMHP was going out of town and I needed the letter ASAP), and customer service directly contacted her and explained how imperative it was that I received my letter before she left for a trip. Everything was taken super seriously, and I am so grateful. I am now able to return home with my ESA in a legal and proper manner. Speaking as someone who has suffered mental illness for quite a long time, I think that this is an amazing way to connect those who have a LEGIT medical/psychiatric illness to medical professionals. If you do not have a disorder that fits within the DSM V standards, you will be turned away by the professional. That being said, use this service. It truly works.

If you have a problem, just open a ticket! My dean (illegally) denied my ESA letter since I had never met my therapist in person. CertaPet did their best to help me and sent me lots of information to send to the dean stating that it was illegal to do such a thing. Even though he didn’t budge and I got another letter elsewhere, CertaPet gave me a refund which I really appreciate. Therapy is expensive!!! All of the people who helped me were knowledgeable and kind and always followed up with me. I really appreciate the time everyone took to help me get situated.
