Karoline was super helpful - however the only reason I needed to contact her was because the website offered no guidance or direction on how to delete your account. All that is offered on the website about how to delete an account is some FAQ page that states something along the lines of, "to delete your account simply follow the directions provided by the website," but there are no directions given anywhere on the website...seems pretty scammy. The reason I wanted to delete my account is because they store your card info, which I understand is par for the course, but when I went to delete my card I found out you can't delete it. For whatever reason Karoline had to have someone delete it for me....all very weird for a legit company. Every other company's website I've used allows you to delete your card on your own.

Joe was very helpful in reactivating my account. I had been told by my apartment that they wouldn't accept a letter from certapet, that was incorrect. The letter does not say certapet anywhere on it, it comes from a licensed professional in your state and on their letterhead. Joe helped clear up the issues my apartment brought up and helped me process my letter. Thanks, Joe!

I have to disagree with the low stars on here. I did the 5 minute assessment Friday, called certapet on Monday and talked to Clara who was very nice. She helped me get assigned to my therapist so quick. The same day I got my follow up phone call appointment made for the next day. This is the best customer service I have ever received. They care and are super nice. Clara also helped me calm down my nervous about the whole process and answered my questions so well. Big thanks to Clara. (:
