TL;DR Cerebral has been a safe and reliable experience for me for 4 months. I highly recommend it to those looking for a more affordable mental health service. Cerebral has been a major resource for me during 2020. I was skeptical about an online mental health center, but I've been on the CBT/Medication plan for around 4 months and now feel safe working with Cerebral. One of my first medication orders arrived late due to USPS, but after mentioning it to my counselor Cerebral has consistently been making sure my medication arrives a week or two before my last refill runs out. So I feel their medication system is very reliable. The counselors are extremely flexible and dedicated. They're able to chat with you on their DM system so if you have questions or need a more urgent session they can help put you through to right person quickly. So far I've been able to practice a lot of exercises my counselor has linked me to exercises that are helping me break intrusive/negative thought cycles more effectively than I did before. I wish the online sessions were longer than 30min, but it's still been really helpful for me. I highly recommend Cerebral to anyone struggling with problematic thoughts of themselves or others. I am so sad that they just gave up on me. It has taken me so long to be able to talk to someone I finally did, and they didn’t want to continue because I need in person counseling.. which I’ve tried and couldn’t do I came to you guys.. and got disappointed in the end

I absolutely enjoy working with my therapist! Amanda is amazing. Even though I am still struggling I feel like I’m getting things together. She helps me make sense of my thoughts and feelings and is helping me set goals and boundaries. I really do enjoy having my medicine sent to me so I don’t have to worry about it. I am kind of worried about if I’m going to be able to continue the service long-term due to financial reasons. At this time I am trying my hardest to make it work. I am starting to feel like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

My care counselor,Andres,after my first and only time talking to someone in Mental Care, I was told my issues were "too complicated" and that I should switch to a "therapy counselor" instead of him, which he said was the same price. After being told this,with no Help to "solve" my problems, I was charged 220$ NOT the same amount of 90$ for my original purchase. I talked to someone, they reimbursed me and sincerely apologized and credited 10$. I have yet to see the money applied to my now previous account. I switched to another counselor, Rachel, who was very nice and seemed genuine and caring, the go between her and I and my Medication issues were less than good, but as it is NOT her main responsibility I should have had a way to talk to my Prescriber. After weeks of my plea's to change my meds I received a notice letting me know that my Prescriber was leaving Cerebral and that I must find and schedule a new appointment with a different doctor. At this point I'm feeling so hurt,neglected, I shutdown I started to have suicidal thoughts and completely lost faith in finding actual help. Cerebral is not something I would ever,ever recommend to anyone seeking at kind of mental health. EDIT: after being reached out by the HR team for Cerebral I told them exactly what happened, she said all nice wonderful things, making sure I was refunded the EXTRA 99$ for January which to my knowledge was canceled the day I canceled it,In December. So returning stolen money is not deserving of a Good Job. To top off this car wreck of of company, she asked me to Remove this post and remove my negative review. Go Fk urself Cerebral.

Great care, customer service, and medication. Very affordable help for anxiety.
