Update 4-14: Updating to 3 stars as they processed the refund. Again Customer Service and the therapists are great, but the prescribers are awful. I hope this changes. Re: Nightmare, this is all in just one day if signing up. It said monthly special of $85 and $296 + 14 has been charged from my HSA Account. Customer service is great, and so are the therapists, but the prescribers are unprofessional. They cancel appointments last minute and are often no shows, which is pretty bad, especially because we are seeking help for anxiety and other things! Also, the virtual visits only work on browsers, not inside the app which is an inconvenience as you have to enable cam and mic on browser for all websites for it to work. This is a security risk.

The prescriber was very nice and informative, letting me know each step of the process and what my plan is at the end of the session.

It couldn’t have been a better experience! So glad I took this step.

It was good talking to the Doctor to know what are my symptoms and what medications I need to take to start feeling better.

Such an easy, user friendly, guided, process! Taking the first step to getting help is the hardest part.

SCAM!! The other reviews are true. I signed up and set up my first appointment, my prescriber missed my appointment and rescheduled for two weeks later. They of course missed again and then asked me to reschedule to the following month so they can bill for another month. Stay away, the good reviews are all alike, almost like they’re written by the company..

I'm new to this so I was scared at first but so far my meeting with my prescriber and therapist has been great give it a try doesn't hurt. Also I work 6 days a week and it's hard for me to ever meet anybody in person so this is perfect for anyone that has a busy schedule.
